Turkey Neck & Condoms - does anyone have a solution?

For those of you not in the know, the problem is that the turkey neck prevents a condom from rolling all the way down. In a way the turkey neck is constantly “pushing” the condom to unroll. Add to this the friction of sex, and eventually the condom gets unrolled and falls off. This has happened to me with both Magnums and Regular condoms - not much of a difference either way. At least the Magnums roll down a bit further.

This is ruining my sex life - I can’t have protected sex at all without worrying about the condom slipping off with every thrust. What’s even more embarrassing is the idea of the condom slipping off despite me not exactly having a thin penis. It is just bad in every way, mostly for safety reasons.

Has anyone found a type of condom or a trick that works for keeping condoms on despite a turkey neck? Thanks…

I have a pretty bad turkey neck myself. My solution will be surgery once I hit my goal and maintain it for 8 months. But a short term fix is putting a cock ring around your balls. Find a really soft one that holds tight but don’t cut off a lot of circulation. It pulls it back enough the condom will unroll more.

For me the condom problem is really not so much a problem since I am married and we rarely use them. But for you, you might feel awkward if you haven’t been dating her long. Myself I would love nothing more then to not have the turkey neck and be able to have my wife roll one on me and it not unroll all of the way. Some day after some more gains and some turkey neck removal maybe it will become a reality.

Hanging OTS while having wrap around my scrotum has helped with turkey neck. It’s not fully eliminated but it has gone MUCH better.

If you can stretch your penis to make it grow, I’m sure you can stretch the bottom shaft skin too.

Bib claims his wrap technique will gradually stretch the bottom shaft skin in precisely this manner. I haven’t experienced it and find it pretty hard to isolate.

I have not tried it but I have seen many telling that it does not really help.

You can stretch it manually like in the picture. The idea is to stretch the skin where is no turkey neck.

The second picture is what I’m doing and it helps. If your turkey neck is too high up in the shaft this might not be good for you. I think vac-hanger would be best for this so you can pull all the loose skin out of the way.

If somebody is going to try the hanging method, take it slowly first. Don’t tear the skin.

When sitting, the turkey neck dissapears. Try the sexposition.

Never tried one, but Trojen Endz could work, assuming they don’t slip off.

Does anybody wrap their balls while jelqing as to not increase turkey neck further?

I have tried the manual stretch that mister007 has pointed out in his drawing and I’ve read about people who had progress with this. However, it takes a lot of time and dedication. Apparently you get about 1” of shaft skin per year with this method.

I’m deciding not to do any manual stretching of the shaft skin until I’m done with all the gains I want to make. I don’t want to do too many things at once. (Just trying to narrow my focus lol)

But if I can wrap my balls while doing a routine this would be most beneficial.
So my second question is what do you guys wrap your balls with.just an ace wrap or something?

Also, I’ve read how people jelq with one hand and hold the skin back with the other and its helpful. But two hands just feels so much better and seems like 100x more productive.

I use theraband to wrap the balls but I think you can use anything you like. It needs to be tight but not too tight. You do not want to castrate yourself. Check your balls every couple of mins or so.

I also jelq while having the scrotum wrapped. This way you won’t at least make your turkey neck any worse.

Keep in mind that if you do the scrotum wrap+hanging or stretching, your balls WILL hang lower over time.

And I agree on the manual thing, it’s very slow progress and the stretch is kinda intense.

Extender and wrapping the balls could work nicely too.

I think you’re referring to the Trojan ENZ. Though it was rumored for some reason that those condoms were called “endz” because they only covered the glans, this was really just an urban myth. The Trojan ENZ is the name Trojan gave to it’s original condoms when they started making a lot of varieties of condoms.

To the original poster: a proper fitting condom shouldn’t slip off, even if it unrolls a little. If it does, it’s not that difficult to roll it back down your cock (though it is inconvenient). You might want to use a cock ring to hold it on.

it has been a long time since I needed to use a condom so I thank you for your correction. However, I do remember there was a condom that just covered the glans. I thought they were still available. I never tried using them because my head was relatively smaller than my shaft and I was afraid they would slip off.

I had to look that one up, man. I had never heard of them actually existing.

They were called "head cap condoms" or "the mini-condom". The info I’ve found on them seems to suggest that they were invented, but not widely marketed. Apparently, they were secured to the penis with an adhesive that most guys (for obvious reasons) didn’t care for. They had a higher risk of leaking as well.
