Hey,

When I clamp i doesn’t use heat, should I warmdown after my clamping session? My dick hangs fuller if i don’t warmdown. What do you guys think ?

All else being equal, if no warmdown after results in your dick hanging fuller, then that’s what I would do.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Is there any negative side effects of not doing a warmdown after a claming-session ?

It is far more important to warm up before clamping than after. Clamping is the exercise most likely to cause injury. A good warmup before clamping will reduce the incidence of injury, and you will get vastly more out of a clamping session if you warm up first. The tunica, CC’s and CS are the toughest tissues in the penis to stretch. They become much more pliable after a good warmup.

Warm-ups and downs should be staple in every routine. Hanging fuller vs. gaining for a longer period of time. I think you would choose the later.
