Felt like it definitely expanded the dick temporarily - and would have led to good girth gains - except for the fact it killed my EQ both times I tried it.

I did get length from clamping. My clamping routine gave me .50 in girth and almost the same in length.

Unfortunentley full erect clamping did nothing for me except ruin my EQ and toughen my tunica even when flaccid which resulted in me taking a 2 month decon break back in 2008. I may have gained .1 or .2 in base girth from clamping but no midshaft girth gains. Now I clamp at no higher then a 60-70% erection as an ADCs after my pumping workout to maintain expansion while recovery takes place. I’m no longer a fan of any 100% erect PE work except pumping. I think the tunica has more deforming capabilities in a flaccid to semi erect state without risking damage.

I agree that bang for the buck; pumping is the safest routine.

I gained in length with the clamp, but my exercises were extreme. I believe it is the way you put the clamp on. Stumpy, how much did your length increase? What exactly was your clamping method (level of constriction, level of pressure, time per set) and frequency?

The ball at the base? What are you referring to exactly? Is it the true base of the inner penis?

I don’t know what it is called. I just did a search on it and did not find what I was looking for. westla once the name of that area just below the base and above the testicle area. When consistently clamping over a period of some months, a small ball will form, it’s nothing bad, it’s just part of clamping. Bigirtha knows what I am posting about. You are probably correct being the true base of the penis.

These clamp pulls that you describe, have they been discussed before on this forum or is it an invention of your own? Seems interesting, but extreme as you say yourself.

flaccid length for sure. And I have no idea why.

And I have to assume my erect girth has changed because I can’t use the same amount of clicks that I used to without causing extreme pain and risk injury.

Vascularity increased and that is something I wanted a lot, I never had very pronounced veins and it bothered me a little.

Discoloration isn’t a big deal to me if I am thickening.

I clamped for over a year and gained over an inch in EG and I have no idea what you are describing; either you are describing it oddly or it is uncommon. This is a curiosity.

The full base is behind the scrotum toward the anus. What base are you talking about? Could this possibly be the tie in between the suspensory bundle and the pelvic bone? Is it on the CC or CS side of the tunica?

When I first started PE, I hanged with a dangerous home made hanger, then I did manual work. So, I can’t say exactly how much of my gains are from clamping. I can say the vast majority of my length gains are from clamping. My level of constriction and pressue has always been high. My time sets vary from 4 minutes to 20 minutes straight. Frequency-wise, it varies.

Clamping is great. It did cause my only injury which was a swollen, painful vein for about 2 months.
