What do you think does this routine sound effective?

My routine:

morning:

100 jelqs à 3 sec
12 mins stretching down/straight out
40 mins hanging (4*10mins) with 2.5 pounds

wearing an ADS as long as it feels ok

same in the evening, without ADS.

What do you think, do I miss anything for getting good results?
I want to gain both length and girth.

You don’t warm up with a rise sock or such?

Looks good but I suggest warming up and stretching longer than 12 minutes. ( 30 minutes is fine).

I would do more jelqs and less stretching since your hanging already and wearing a ADS. If you have the time you may want to add more hanging time.

The jelqing at the beginning replaces the warmup since i jelq only with medium strength at the beginning.

I dont stretch so much because I simply dont have the time to do 30 minutes nothing but sitting and stretching not being able to do anything else but watching TV.

A short manual warmup and a long hanging time and ADS is what I think is best for me.

I am new here. But it seems that you joined 3 years ago. When did you start PE. Your measurements (in signature line) matches exactly with my initial size as well as goal. Would like to know your progress. Also if you don’t mind your age. I am asking because a routine from a young one cannot be directly applied to me. I am a bit old :)

Age doesn’t seem to have any relevancy here Starter47. What seems to matter more is the overall general health of on individual. There’s just to many biological variations to say there is an advantage to youth. Many opinions have it that youth is if anything a disadvantage because the metabolism is faster therefore plateauing is more likely. A lot of older guys have dicks made of taffy and get some great results, whereas younger guys will complain about no gains and wonder why.

RisingUpTo7: I wouldn’t bother with the ADS if your getting time for morning and evening sessions. If you were going to have a break of more then 24 hours, then I you could throw on your ADS but If your getting sessions within 12 hour intervals an ADS won’t be of any benefit.

As for your comments re ADS, do you mean that one has to allow 24 hrs regeneration period after each ADS application. What is the optimum duration of each application, for example if one uses the Lil1’s ADS.

i wasnt in this pe forum for a long time and just wanted to ask if there are new exercises to improve my routine.

this is my current routine, what do you think i could improve ?

Rising - I agree with those who think you should add a few minutes to warm up. Since some of your jelqing is mild you can substitute rather than add.

You could add more variety to the stretches; stretch in several different directions, rather than only straight down and straight out; you could do some v-stretches, inverted and sideways v-stretch as well.

I haven’t used any hangers or extenders, but have to say that a couple of 5-minute pumps in my routine makes it much, much more effective.

I have a question: I had a long off from PE for the last years so i want to know if there are some new exercises out there which provide a nice length and girth gain.??

Or is my routine posted in this thread still ok? I know i have to know if it works on my own by trying….but I would like you to comment it!
