I haven’t been around for years.
Having tried about everything except operation - I made modest gains (at best 1 cm in length, 1 cm in girth, somewhat more at the base).
Now I am maintaining with pumping at moderate pressure around 7.

Nothing much new, some improved vac hangers, lots of Bathmate rubbish.
In terms of understanding the mechanism of gaining and improving routines no further forward IMHO

The biggest change has been in the management structure of the site. Some of the old guard - Thunder, mem and me for example, are somewhat retired, at least from hyper-activity, but the new ‘leaders’ are doing a fine job. Aside from that, not much has changed.

But jelqing and stretching is still the way to go. Don’t know if jelqing with a enlargement gel will help your gains though. Just keep going.
