What's the best heat source for continuous heating during PE sessions?
(i.e. infrared lamps, mini-microwaves, etc)
It has been established by some Thunder’s members that applying heat continiously during a PE session intensifies work on the ligs by allowing them to be stretched easier.
Now applying a rice sock or heating pad during jelq or hanging or pumping sessions seems quite difficult, so I need a heat source which can be used from a little distance, without direct contact.
What do you recommend and where do you get those infrared lamps or mini-microwaves from? I live in Germany so either you tell me on online shop where I can order them or you describe what I must ask for in shops like Wal-Mart.
