For the record, though, you’re a September 2002 member, and there is a thread here in the Pumper’s Thread from May 2002 that discusses using a heating pad and other heat sources to wrap around the tube while pumping. So, that particular bit of pumping history probably needs to be attributed to someone else.

No big deal, but I contributed the heat pumping idea way before 2002 when I participated under the username, 7-up. 2002 is when, after a long absence, I reentered the forum as MagnumXL. But who cares, it works.

That’s the important thing, true, but you might as well get credit where credit is due. Many of the ideas that you and the other ‘old dogs’ were inventing and exploring back then have held up well, and the state of PE today is built on the successes and failures (and just general accumulation of experience) since those days.

Nice that you kept most of your gains after years without PE. This is a bit of a controversial issue in another topic at the moment. ;) Congrats for being “on the grow” again.

I’ll go ahead and thank you for introducing some pretty cool stretches here. I’m sure many of us appreciate it greatly, so you can feel like a champ.

It’s fascinating after months/years of you doing PE, you’d need or prefer doing another sort of heating (the mug) right after your first set of stretches. Has that done anything drastic for you, that you’ve been able to notice?

Yesterday I measured after a workout while my unit was still warm. Just barely made 9”. But it was back down a quarter inch this morning. However, I noticed that often occurs prior to final growth. Length after a workout may become permanent length with additional weeks of effort.

This is my present routine. I do it about 3 days per week, maybe 4.

Warm up by “hot mugging” with the hottest water I can stand. I fill a large insulated mug (Univ of Alabama) with hot water. Walk to the shower. Insert dick (Spike) and my twin boys and leave them in the water for 3-5 minutes. The key is to thoroughly warm the tunica to at least 110degrees so it will become plastic and stretchable.

Next I lube “Spike” with coconut oil or olive oil. (Never use mineral oil based lotion) and slow-jelk partially erect for 10 minutes or so. Then I reward “Spike” with a nice leisurely wank and orgasm. Then I return to the hot mug for 3-5 minutes. Then I do about 10 minutes of slow, firm, flaccid downward jelqing.

Next I heat pump for 20-30 minutes or so at around 7” Hg to keep unit stretched out.

I firmly stretch “Spike” out to maximum length…..v stretches and its variations, then pull out in every direction.

Finally I apply a cold gel-pack or baggie of ice to my stretched out unit…to solidify my tunic at its maximum length.

During the day I pull on Spike every time I piss.

I think heat is essential to optimal growth. Also, partially erect jelqing and clamping primarily aid girth growth while flaccid downward jelqing and stretching aid length growth.
