This is my present routine. I do it about 3 days per week, maybe 4.
Warm up by “hot mugging” with the hottest water I can stand. I fill a large insulated mug (Univ of Alabama) with hot water. Walk to the shower. Insert dick (Spike) and my twin boys and leave them in the water for 3-5 minutes. The key is to thoroughly warm the tunica to at least 110degrees so it will become plastic and stretchable.
Next I lube “Spike” with coconut oil or olive oil. (Never use mineral oil based lotion) and slow-jelk partially erect for 10 minutes or so. Then I reward “Spike” with a nice leisurely wank and orgasm. Then I return to the hot mug for 3-5 minutes. Then I do about 10 minutes of slow, firm, flaccid downward jelqing.
Next I heat pump for 20-30 minutes or so at around 7” Hg to keep unit stretched out.
I firmly stretch “Spike” out to maximum length…..v stretches and its variations, then pull out in every direction.
Finally I apply a cold gel-pack or baggie of ice to my stretched out unit…to solidify my tunic at its maximum length.
During the day I pull on Spike every time I piss.
I think heat is essential to optimal growth. Also, partially erect jelqing and clamping primarily aid girth growth while flaccid downward jelqing and stretching aid length growth.
