ADS - Golf weights
Hey Guys,
I’ve been pumping on and off for a number of years, started hanging 10/18 and am up to 10 lbs. I do at least a 10-15 minute set 5 times a week and most weeks get in 2-3 days with 2 or 3 sets. I alternately pump 2-3 days a week as well. In addition, I recently discovered golf weights and also a Zen hanger ADS which I’m using post hanging/ pumping. I use one or the other for 2-6 (most often 4) hours afterward so I heal extended. I absolutely love the mild tug both give you, but am inexperienced with both and am excited about using them to heal extended. I’m using 2 golf weights (about 11 ounces) and set the ADS for a similar feeling. I’m looking for advice/technique/routine from experienced users with either ADS or weights.
Start 3/18 - 7.25 x 5 (BPEL, mseg), Now - 8.2 x 6, ultimate goal - 9 x 7 (length first, then girth)
