quim, Sorry, bad math. I have only gained 1, 1/4” in length in the last year and a half. A 1/4 inch can be a lot of work, and I don’t want to misrepresent my results and possibly cause someone frustration who hasn’t gained as much. I have found PE takes time, and one has to be consistent for gains. My early gains were the quickest, and now they have come much slower. I just added up wrong in my head for some reason, and don’t want to mislead anyone. Sorry

Pretty much for most us us we gain for 3 months to a couple of years and thats that. Then we pe another several years without a gain.

When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

Usually days off take care of themselves. There will be a day or two a week that I have stuff to do that conflicts with wearing a 1200g weight. When I do have a day off, I either wear a couple of golf weights (~300g), or if I have to be really stealthy I have some steel o-rings I slip on (~100g). Today is the first day in a while I just didn’t hang the 1200g weight. I hadn’t taken a day off in awhile, and I could just tell Junior needed a break.

It took me several months, but wasn’t until I worked up to to the 1200g that I started to notice gains. So even though I had been PEing for 9 months, I didn’t see gains until the last 3 months ( when I started hang stretching), and the gains really surprised me (~ 3/4”). Now after almost another year I have only saw another 1/2”+ am expecting (or hoping for) another 1/4 by spring ).

I think it was important to take my time building up. If I stop gaining at this point, I don’t plan on adding weight or hang time for more gain. I will just do a little ADS to maintain and call it good enough. My girl friend is happy with my gains, and has warned me more might not be better, so I looks like mission accomplished.

Repeter, did your erect length gains equal your stretched flaccid length? And congratulations on your PE success. I hope I can achieve even only half of them.

it is nice you founf what worked for you Repeter, could you tell us what other methods did you try before hanging for long periods with low weight?

1200g is exactly what extenders can provide I wonder if you are gainign so well cuz the force is not “spring-made”. you hang for 6 h a day and that is also what extender selles recommend. who knows if you would have gained with an extender too….

An interesting question quim. It would not seem logical that the same force with an extender would not produce the same result in the same individual. But then, again, the pickle is fickle.

I think repeter has used extender and not have gained, this concept about constant force it is explained by out mate rootsnatty in one of his threads. He likes better using extenders that hold the force without springs.

After hanging for 2 hours, I warm up a rice sock, then wrap it around my hand held rubber roller for a few minutes to warm it up. Then I lay my dick on the warm rice sock, and jelq with the warm rubber roller by rolling it from the base to the glans for a few minutes. I try to stretch and pin down the glans while I am rolling. I This gives me a real nice flaccid stretch which is slightly longer then my EL. I don’t know if this contributes to gains, but I would think it gets the blood circulated really good before I go back to hanging.

What are your stats now ? I couldn’t find them anywhere so I guess you don’t want to tell them, but I wanted to try asking nonetheless.

I discussed my method of stretching with Roots, and he endorsed it.

There are some advantages to hanging the 1200g weight. I choose that amount of weight because, as you point out, that is the max setting on most extenders, and it has been shown in actual studies to be all that is needed for gains (this is nothing new). It isn’t what most people who hang do (more weight less time), it’s not an extender, and it’s not quite ADS (less weight more time). I am just starting to call it hang stretching, or how about HS?

I found hanging the weight more comfortable. With my Penimaster the longest I could stand it was 45 minutes, and I couldn’t maintain the highest setting without it slipping off. When I got the Vac3 Conversion, I could wear the Penimaster for a couple of hours. It was comfortable for the glans, but the base bothered me unless I wore it sticking straight out (not very stealthy). Also, I had to constantly adjust the Penimaster to maintain the tension.

Just using the weight with the Vac3 is more comfortable because there is no base to deal with, there is no need to adjust it, and the working load effect when I am active increases the intensity of the stretch without increasing the weight. When I walk the weight is swinging and bobbing around. If you try this, you will likely fatigue rather quickly until you build up to it.

So, maybe I would have gained if I would have stayed with my Penimaster, but I don’t know if I would have been able to wear the Penimaster as long everyday as the weight. The Penimaster would have an advantage if I was laying down or sitting a lot. I have special chairs that I can hang the weight over, but I have used the Penimaster once in awhile if I am watching a movie in the hammock, but it is more of a bother.

I have done some pumping, and I jelq with a small hand held rubber roller and rice sock. I think the pumping gave me better erections, but when I started to do more pumping along with the hanging I lost some length and EQ, but did gain some girth.

I have some girth gains, but I don’t know if they came from hanging, pumping, or jelqing. Even though girth wasn’t something I was trying for I am finding it very worthwhile, and glad it happened.

NO. I got it from Amazon ( I think ). It looks like the kind of roller they use for wallpaper seams, only this one is a little wider, and made of hard rubber. The official use is for installing sound insulation in cars.

The tongs have two rollers, and I don’t like the idea of forcing blood up the bottom of the penis. Laying my penis on a warm rice sock and just rolling out along the top pushes the blood up to the glans, but allows some of it to escape along the bottom in a more natural way. I just think the tong jelqers are too extreme, and could cause ED.

Rule #1 for me is to do no harm.
