if these results would be entirely driven by suppliers, I would wonder whether they would want to see the majority of people who actually gained a bit reporting several hundreds if not thousands of hours….

All I can say is that I have tried various ADS methods and in fact progress is slow.
In addition, the key issue to focus on is how the glans is being fixated, as this decides over the maximum comfortable wear period (just subjective experience here):

- Sling systems like sizegenetics or old penimaster: not wearable for more than 1-2 hours - either its comfortable but then too loose and the glans slips out or if it is properly fixated, then circulation stops and you get lots of pain - if not in the glans then in the foreskin.

- Silicone Vacuum “suckers” like ABsilicon: you need to tape your glans (not good for your skin when removing the tape) or you will get huge blisters; also the glans will be compressed which is not good.

- Phalloson with vacuum bell: the only system that I tried that keeps the glans inflated and lets your blood circulate, also the only one that I could wear for more than 4-5 hours (even an entire day). please note that there are similar systems to the Phallo that work with a suction bell that keeps your glans inflated.

Also, once in a while, there are used Phallosans up for sale, especially in Germany.

In summary, I use the ADS to pre-stretch the tissue throughout the day to prepare it for a jelquing and/or stretching session in the evening.
Expect no wonders in PE, only hard work.

When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

Those are hours. I’ve recently been upping the tension to 1300 grams per hour then 5 min break then reset. I’ve had some people over the past few days so I couldn’t wear it a lot.

Were it says foam is when I put a new comfort pad on. I want I see how long it lasts.

From Jan 25 to Feb 4Th I had the tension at 700g. It’s was doing nothing to me. I could have wore it 24 hours.

Are you using the noose style or vacuum extender?

I’ve logged the coveted 1000 hours in 4 month’s use and have gained nearly 1” in bpsf and .5 to .75 in bpel. I do no other form of PE at this time. I’m trying to keep it as scientific as possible to see exactly what an all day stretch is capable of achieving. I plan on doing a full 6 months then stopping use for the summer, then another 6 next winter. I have constant sore skin on my glans that I’m looking forward to not having. My flaccid hang is 5.5-6” but will probably shrink back to my usual 4 after not wearing it for a while I’m guessing.

For what it is worth, we generally saw at least three months of newbie before considering devices. Mostly because it is pretty easy to hurt yourself with a device unless you have the knowledge about how your dick responds to PE that you learn from doing the manual newbie routine.

I gained a half inch within the first 500 hours and really have not gained much more than about a quarter inch since then. I am at 1700 hours now and I log every session. I feel that extending increases sexual awareness and body pride, so even though I am not gaining much any more it makes the most of having a penis.
