Maintaining gains.
Every time I change my routine to just a little ADS and occasional pumping I start to lose EL length. I keep my girth, possibly from the pumping, but I lose length; not all my gains, but both times I got busy and got back what I lost before that would have happened.
This makes me think that if lighter ADS failed to maintain gains, it would fail to add to them when used along with other techniques. I would be interested to know if anyone has every gained with ADS of less then one pound? I still see some value in light ADS (just a few ounces) to deal with turtling throughout the day. Flaccid gains are so hard to determine, but it wouldn’t hurt to wear a heavy glans ring.
It seems like I start to gain at 2.2 pounds if I do it 4 to 6 hours a day. I either use an extender, or hang a weight depending on what I am doing at the time.
I have tried wearing a couple of golf weights, or shaft collars which amount to around 9 to 11 ounces, in order to maintain gains, but after failing twice, I think it takes more weight, and ADS of over 2 pounds is hard to do in public, but it probably would only require a few hours a week for maintenance.
My main reason for wanting to pump is it increases my EQ, and gives a nice, though temporary, flaccid increase. Possibly pumping has something to do with the loss of length, so my theory has a weak spot. Anyone else with experience maintaining gains could be of great help.
