Time under tension is the uiltimate factor in gaining from an extender, you’ve got to put the hours in… I think this guys quick gains, are just quick gains, I don’t think there’s an undiscovered system where you can put in much less time, at very low tension and everyone is gonna gain 10 times quicker…


Start - 6.3 x 5.0 | Then - 6.9 x 5.3 | Now - 7.2 x 5.5
