What's the best extender these days?

Hi all,

Is there a consensus on what’s the best/most comfortable extender these days?

Been away for a while and am not up to date at all.

I started with a cheap Chinese knockoff, now I use a LeLuv slider and swear by it. Others can chime in and I hope they do. I don’t have experience besides these two so I am quite limited in my recommendations.

But if something that is both comfortable and easy to put on/use have come on market - I bet I’d be interested.

I will most likely go with hanging as I have a lot of experience doing that in the past. The problem with hanging is that even if your hands are free it IS work and my concentration is always reduced when multi-tasking. The plan then was to maybe hang 4 sets per day and use an extender for the rest of the day.

The AutoXleeve is VERY comfortable and easy to use. But it’s possible it’s a bit below the ideal force for an ADS and certainly for an extender purpose.

I tried the VAC ADS from the same vendor, but for me (uncircumsized) it was very uncomfortable and time consuming to put on. I suspect the VAC Extender is similar.

I find the size genetics very comfortable for me, I can wear it for some 2-4 hours straight

If your glans is relatively smaller in girth than Your shaft, a strap on extender tends to slip off and you are better off with a vacuum type extender, at least that was my experience. I am satisfied with the VacExtender, though I prefer the older version 3 cap that doesn’t involve the vacuum tube and compression sleeves etc. I simple mount the glans cap (without tape) and manually vent it and I am set to go. However, I found that 1.5 hours is the max session length in order to avoid bruising.

Our LGH Extender is the only extender on the market capable of generating 10 lbs of traction.

Question: How does position changes in gravity change the forces it exerts?

Example: If I were to lay prone, obviously gravity is pulling the weight of the entire unit, as well as the weight of the penis and any blood. So does this change the forces or is it all relative?

Interesting question…. someone with an advanced degree in gravitational forces would be able to probably answer your question. I’d imagine with the application of a PE extender changing body positions would probably not be something to be overly concerned about.
Ensuring good blood flow / circulation while still producing enough fatigue to generate growth is your goal. So unless you’re standing on your head I wouldn’t be too concerned.

I’m with beyond9 on this one. The LeLuv is an excellent value buy. I use the strap around 6 hours a day, 5 or 6 days a week. The straps break over time but I’ve ordered straps and rods and they arrive in days.

Also love the leluv extender. Best way I found to use it is wrap a small headband right under the head and use the string with cushion to secure in place.

Have you never sought out stronger springs for the vac extender? What about using the head peice for hangimg? In my hanging career i found 2-20 lbs ideal with best between 5-15lb. Heavier resulted in too much stress and turtelling. 5-10lbs relaxed hang worked best for me.

Just an FYI, I’ve been doing some research and decided on the Leluv Slider. I’m happy with my Proextender that I bought off of Amazon, except that I think I need to step it up in terms of length, and the next set of rods (I’m using just the base device right now) is too much for me. The Leluv looks like it’ll be similar in terms of comfort. I use the comfort strap in conjunction with a velcro strap around the entire cradle to secure it in place. I use a strip of a sock to wrap myself before strapping in. I’m hoping the Leluv works in exactly the same way, but with much more control over stretch length.

I never got around to actually buy an extender. No privacy in 2020.

But as I’m having a permanent home office situation for at least the next 6 months I probably should try to make some use of the time. :)

I find the Male Edge very comfortable. Light weight, not so bulky and easy to use. I have heard of it being cheaply made but so far for me it’s working great, albeit just 3 months of use now. For me, the quality of the plastics used is good.

Only issue is that the incremental increase in rod length is around 8mm, whereas other extenders offer much smaller increases.
