And also wondering how did your girth increase from hanging, I see your starting point and current and I’m wondering if it is from hanging or from something else.


The Bib is one of the most awesome pieces of engineering genius I’ve come across. The time, skill and research Bigger put into making these is incredible. There is nothing to compare!

As far as girth gains are concerned, I wish I had an answer. There are two things I attribute to this: first is that as the inner penis is being pulled out, apparently it is thicker near the base, so it’s natural girth. Second, I do kegels while I hang so for any muscles that may be in the penis, they are being worked out and therefore, growing (pure speculation here.)

Get some Theraband and start wrapping your unit down to the base. Use a strip about 1.5 inches wide by about 15 inches long and wrap fairly tight (but not too tight.) With each pass of wrap, pull out your scrotum skin and tape the last wrap in place with Scotch tape. This will help stop further turkey neck.

Actually, skin stretching causes pain & it’s harmless as long as you don’t let the skin crash or push it too far. This is the kind of pain I am talking about ;)

I have been wrapping like this for a few weeks now. Bib taught me the same method. I can’t tell if it’s working or not yet. I think it will work.

I still have bad turkey neck when my balls hang low. I honestly don’t know if it will ever reduce, but I hope it prevents more TN as I grow.

I’ll just swap to OTS at some point… I’ll use that angle to correct my turkeyneck.

A combination of theraband only wrapping combined with wrapping my balls should do the trick.

Going to be updating the signature shortly, but just thought I’d post back because any gain is better than no gain! Hit another 1/8” after all this time!

Thanks bro! I will sadly admit that I have slacked. I went one period of about 2-3 weeks without hanging and then slowly got back into it. Prior to that I was real sporadic maybe only hanging 2-3 times a week and sometimes none at all. Since about mid January I decided to get more dedicated to it again. I try to hang every day now.

As far as routine, I have actually come back to what I was originally doing. I have modified a bit, but all in all it is pretty much the same. In order to cement my lower angle gains, I still do 3 sets of what I call my modified BTC hang. This is nothing more than just letting the hanger and weights pull my unit down as I sit on the edge of my seat and swing my weights side to side. I usually only use a max of 12.5 pounds to do this. I do this to get out the previous days deformation and adhesions and to cement that growth, meaning I do not go for fatigue in this position.

Next I switch to a standing SD hang for 3 sets. 3 sets is killer doing this because my tunica is taking the majority of the stress. With the ligs stretched from the other 3 sets, I am getting intense tunica deformation. Bro, this is so intense that often times after a workout, my unit actually feels sprained. There is such an inner soreness in the shaft and all around it. The max weight I can handle in this SD is only 12.5 and I find myself dropping to 10 and even 7.5 due to fatigue. I had tried the “new” hanging technique they call RSDT (Rice Sock Duct Tape) fulcrum which is a good hang but extremely hard on the unit and I did some OTS hanging. But on a whim I decided to go back to SD hanging and wouldn’t you know it - there was a gain! And if it was true tunica gain (which I feel it is), I will be doing this until I reach my goal or stop seeing gains. And as much as I can, I bounce up and down and side to side to add even more stress to the tunica.

Total gains since hanging are roughly 1.25” in 1 year and 4 months.

Thought I’d update here after all this time. My PE career has almost become non existent until about 2 months ago when I decided to go for girth. I clamp 20 minutes at a time, usually 1-3 sessions a day. My girth has increased .25 or 1/4 inch in this short time. I measured and lost a half inch in length from no activity. So I started doing my cranks and manual stretches again and got back my half inch really fast. So the signature is updated to reflect the newest stats. I still want 8 inches, and I’m hopeful I can make it to at least 7.5 but for now I’m going for girth.

I took a bit of time off from hanging and any PE for at least a year or more. About 2 months ago I decided I was going to clamp at least 20-60 minutes a day. I liked the results as I watched my schlong get fatter. Then I read up on the hardcore hanging over at MoS and figured if I was dedicating that small amount of time to clamping, why not use that toward hanging. In that thread, I read where a physical therapist stated that gains are made easier when doing multiple sessions, multiple times a day. So now I try to hang maybe 2 sets in the evening when I get home from work and then about 5 hours later I’ll hang another 2 sets. It sucks that I no longer work from home so I can’t hang in the AM, afternoon and evening. I think that would help me tremendously. I’ve been slowly building up weights. I was at 12.5, BTC for about 2 weeks before I could tolerate 15. 15 lbs is still tough to follow through on all sets.

I think there is something to this approach of multiple sessions because after only a month, I watched my flaccid stretched length go from 7.5” to 8”. So I decided to measure my erection and I am just a few ticks on the ruler short of 7.5”!!! This has definitely inspired me to keep going because I am almost near my goal!
