1/2 inch, 6 Weeks!
I took a sabbatical from Thunder’s for several years after failure to gain from the various stretching ideas and just figured I was a tough gainer.
I came back about 2 months ago and studied the Bib hanger extensively. I decided to make my own and give it a shot.
Unlike last time, I made very specific changes to my past routine. I use a heating pad for my heat source, heating up 10 minutes before wrapping. I use Theraband and sweatshirt material as my wrap and a very simple Bib knock off.
I started hanging at just under 6 inches bone pressed erect using an old milk jug as my weight. This is about 8 pounds.
I started hanging as well as doing cranks on my unit with 10 minutes of massaging and heating. I can usually do 3 hours a day, 5 days a week but on some days can only manage 2 hours. I also keep the heating pad on my pubic region while I hang.
After my session, I use 4 golf weights for an ADS as long as I can for the rest of the day. I also hang standing up, as sitting really seems to hurt my skin and makes the old guy go numb. Forgive me for my lack of knowledge of the terms but I believe they are called kegels - I do kegels during the hang time as well to strengthen the muscles which has proven to increase my shooter. 25 at a time during the 15-20 minutes I hang, I usually average 100-175 kegels per 20 minutes.
After my first three weeks I was blown away to discover that I had gained .25 inches, making me 6.25 BPEL. I just upped my weight to 1.5 full milk jugs which comes out to about 15 pounds. The lig stretching is incredible. I was even more blown away when yesterday I measured and was up to 6.50 BPEL and about 6.75 inches stretched while limp. All of this within 6 weeks.
My wife loves when I hang because she has already noticed the increase. She encourages me to hang though she refuses to say those words: “I love a bigger cock.” It has been easy to hang because my wife not only knows about it, but encourages it. She never once complained about the size before, but for my own ego I decided I want 8. It’s hard to believe that I could possibly be at my goal of 8 inches in a very short time, but this is definite encouragement to keep it up. Hang in there guys (no pun, well maybe a little, intended) because it can be done, as numerous TPers have proven!
I also hope I’m not just dreaming because I am also losing weight, so the fat pad has decreased some. But for as long as I can remember, I have always been just below 6 inches.
