Hey horsedick99…. thank you so much for your post and picture. I just got one on Amazon for $9.99 SUPER CHEAP compared to the cash I’ve laid down for pumps and extenders… I feel I got most of my 1” gains from hanging, but using a vacuum head attachment for stretching the wrap was ridiculous and time consuming and at 12 lbs, I started to get blisters…even though my unit was feeling fine from the pull. I love the pull feeling, and I know (at least for me) it produced the best results.

I looked at the Redi-Stretcher and I said to myself ” I have that thing already in my garage!” I got two of them from Lowes, they are wood working clamps. Of course he put a modified clamp tip on there, but the nut/bolt is already there, so you just need to know where to get that other piece.

But actually, the dog muzzle looks like it will be a WHOLE lot more comfortable and it looks like it will spread the friction over a larger surface area. I’m going to use a silicone sleeve underneath for comfort (well at least I’m going to try that).

Horsedick99, I’d be curious to see your wrapping set up, what do you use to wrap? Maybe you could do a photo series over a pipe or something? No moderator needed for that one.

Great job Horsedick, I’m learning quite a bit about hanging here since I am fairly new to it, this should finally give me some kind of routine to stick with. My biggest concern right now is how to make an ADS work for me, it’s not really feasible for me to take it to work since I do retail which involves a lot of face to face interaction and bending over, and I climb stairs all day, so I’ll just have to make those my rest days for ADS. What would you guys say is the best ADS to make/use? I’m kind of torn between the belt around the leg or golf weights approaches.

What is your routine and how long have you been PEing? - Tell me your gains too.

I gained an inch in length without using ADS at all, don’t focus on it - it isn’t vital, honestly.

Herbalist, my routine right now is pretty much up in the air, I’ve done the newbie routine without too much gain, about 0.25 of an Inch maybe, but life got me busy and I quit for while.

Now I’m back into it, I’ve been doing on again off again jelqing, hanging with a wench and clamping 5 days a week for a month or two, but without a solid routine I have not been consistent nor have I been properly intensifying over time. I just want to focus on length as much as possible now and then work on girth later.

Is that even a good idea or should I round out my routine more and just do a bit of everything? I have about 5-6 hours a day I can dedicate to this and I really want to finally start seeing some noticeable and measurable gains. From what I read on here, and from some research I have done on how tissue stretching is normally done, an ADS would be prudent because long periods of light stretching force the tissues to exist in the extended form. Sort of like the African neck rings.

To get the ADS to have the same affect as the african neck rings, you would need to have quite a lot of tension on the ligaments and tunica. If the pressure isn’t high enough, then I can’t see it doing much other than keeping the penis extended while it repairs from the other PE exercises. Of course, that is just my opinion.

I have started something really fun lately and it keeps me interested after years of PE. I bought an adjustable cock ring and all I do is warm up, get semi erect - tighten the cock ring and then jelq at about 60% erection. If my erection goes up too much, I tighten the cock ring more and then use it as a clamp and do some light squeezes.

I walk around the house and occasionally do some dry jelqs throughout the day. Give it a try.

Leave the hanging until you can’t gain from simpler methods.

I do an ADS also because my unit LOVES to shrivel after being hung and I would hate to see the reverse effect after hanging. So the ADS is used to keep it extended while it heals instead of turtling up. I’ve also been pulling it BTC at night as I fall asleep to keep it extended. The natural heat from being under the covers seems to help it stretch even more.

Lol, as long as you stay flaccid while you sleep - it will only be a good thing. If you get erect then you should wake up when your knee hits your face ;)
