So what is the best ADS to use then. I hear of golf weights, sleeves, some sort of bead rings, and all sorts of stuff. What should I use and what is the most discrete and effective?
Also, does the ADS need to really keep my ligs stretched to the point where I can feel the stretch, or just keep my penis slightly stretched out to prevent turtling, without the need for that stretch feeling?
Lastly, when hanging, I started by using 5lbs a couple days ago, but it felt like I was getting no stretch from that, so I switched to 7.5 lbs. Even that doesn’t feel as strong of a stretch as when I use my hand to pull on my dick though. I was under the impression that hanging was for guys who were not getting the same result out of manual stretching any more, so that hanging should be more of an intense stretch feeling. So if 7.5 feels the stretch but not as much as manual stretching, should I increase the weight or is that still overdoing it? (I’m going for that hang heavy 20 mins per day routine and max out the weight I can for those 20 mins).
I’m wondering if an ADS is necessary regardless of how much I hang, and If I can do this routine without the use of an ADS, because hanging hurts and seems to thin my penis out a little, and then I usually jelq and clamp to puff the girth back up before I cement at the smaller girth, so I would think if I used and ADS, the girth would definitely get cemented that the thinner girth,.definitely not desirable.
Should the hanging hurt, cause it does, I put on the wench, and it feels like I’m pinching the sides of my inner penis too hard, and then I have to put the clamp on to get an even tighter grip, which hurts even more, but even then, it doesn’t seem to grip the penis strongly enough to keep the wench completely away from the head. Does anyone know what I mean or am I alone on this one?
