I am going to up sets to 5 per day with morning and afternoon sets
There is also an ads I’m working on as discussed and used by others, 3-4 golf weights with a wrap just under glans and a cable clamp over it
This keeps a nice hang after hanging, it’s not much use sitting down but standing you get a maximum flaccid capability. My flaccid is between 5,5 and 6 when wearing the weights, just having issues with circulation
The angle and tightness of the clamp plays a big part and if anyone has any ideas feel free to say
