Do you have any pictures of your knockoff bib hanger? Forgive me for not reading through the thread, I just read the initial post.

After 4 LONG months of hanging genuine BTC with ZERO gains, I decided to go back to what works best for me. I call it my modified BTC. I put on the Bib as normal and scoot to the edge of the chair. Instead of propping my feet up on anything, I plant them on the floor. I have always noticed that this gives me the most intense lig pull. I must say it can be hard on the lower back though.

Consistent? Well, I was consistent until about a month ago when I took almost a week off and noticed my unit looked like it was losing. Sure enough, I lost about 1/8 so I hit it again hard/ I gained back that 1/8 and then learned that my wrap technique was wrong. The pain and swelling I experienced as a result of improper wrapping deterred me so I quit again for another week. After reading and experimenting, I came back and somehow gained another 1/8 inch. I have also started incorporating adding night sets to keep my unit weakened. The good thing about taking the week off was that I could lower myself in weight. Unlike others, I don’t want to hit over 20 pounds of weight. I’ve been reaching fatigue quicker which is good. My max weight is 20 pounds but I honestly hover more between 12.5 - 15 pounds and always lower myself due to fatigue.

Hope this helps. Feel free to write back if I can help any.

Very interesting. Could it be “delayed” gains or is this position really that much more effective?

How many sets do you average per day or per week?

Thanks!

I just went searching through all of my posts on here to find it because at one time I posted pics on an old thread but now I can’t find it.

It was very simple and quite funny now that I have an authentic Bib to compare it too. It was simple PVC that I cut and Dremeled down the rough edges and lined with silicone. Stick it together with some hinges and used a big band clamp to tighten. I used some nylon strap and screwed it into the side and attached an S hook for the weights. I was so proud of that thing. LOL. I’ll keep looking and if I find it, I’ll post it.

I would honestly have to say no to the theory of delayed gains because I went nearly 5 months of true BTC with no gains. Bigger was baffled how I could go that long as well. The modified BTC (I guess it is just lower angles or a form of SD) really IS that effective IMHO. All of my gains have come by this method and others who have tried it all comment about how intense the pull is. I have yet to hear if they gained, but they back up my claims of the intensity in the lig pull.

I average 6 sets in the morning and early afternoon and have been trying to squeeze in 3 sets at night to keep the old guy in a weakened state. Not quite as consistent with the night hanging. My earlier routine was quite intense; I’m not sure to this day if it was all newbie gains that would have happened regardless, or if my methods had everything to do with them. I don’t have the dedication to repeat my routine I once did.

Wow that looks exactly like a bib! Nice make, how much weight could you hang off of that bad boy?

That`s interesting, Mr Schlong.

It`s very impressive that you went for 5 months without gains and still maintained the discipline to continue. My hat off to you! :)

I tried your BTC method and it seems like a good pull yes. Unfortunately, I find it very hard to do any serious multi-tasking in any of those positions. That`s what I like with hanging SO. Multitasking is very easy. However, it might not be the “easiest” angle in terms of gains. I`ll try to squeeze in a few Schlong style sets though ;)

I`m curious. Have you noticed any changes in your penis after gaining? Lower erection angle for example?

Let me tell you how difficult that 5 months was… Numerous times I felt like quitting because it was so frustrating! But since I work from home and I’m tied to my desk and phone for 8 hours, I had nothing better to do, so I stuck with it. Now, Right as I was about to quit, I decided to go back to my old method and decided I would give that a month before throwing in the towel. I squeezed out that little 1/8”, but it was enough for me!

I’m curious as to how you multitask in any other position? My multitasking was simple because for BTC I would just turn my chair to the side. Even with my modded BTC, I can still perform my duties, though I find myself slipping down my chair sometimes.

My EA is definitely lower. My wife actually didn’t like the changes because as a flaccid, it goes straight down. Erect, it no longer falls forward toward my navel. The lower EA is due to the extreme pulling downward if I’m not mistaken. My unit also just hangs better. I have some excess weight so before, my unit used to like to shrivel and hide - very embarrassing and uncomfortable. It doesn’t hide any more!

Thanks! It was modeled after the Bib’s shape, except on a much smaller scale. That’s why I said it’s funny to look at it now because seeing it compared to a Bib is apples to oranges, size wise. I went as high as 15 pounds on it. Toward the end of its life, then nylon strap started to really be strained. I would have had to replace it soon. I hung through a lot of pain with that thing because it often pinched my skin on top and my unit was thoroughly abused from using it. I knew nothing and am surprised I still have a unit between my legs! I hung through pain, I ached daily from skin soreness AND even wore golf weights after hanging. I truly am surprised I didn’t lose my wang.

Wow Mr. Schlong, I would be too scared to push myself that hard! It does say a lot about your extreme dedication though.

Or stupidity!

Stupidity or dedication is hard to say. I’ve hung through pain as well early on that I probably shouldn’t have done, as well as kegeling blood into the glans before hanging and placing clamps at different spots.
Recently hanging 20 lbs right below the head as well.
Dedication, craziness, stupidity? None, just another hiccup in the learning curve of hanging :)

So just out of curiosity how are you liking the Bib now, is it like a comparing a Honda to a Bentley? Haha.
And also wondering how did your girth increase from hanging, I see your starting point and current and I’m wondering if it is from hanging or from something else.

Mr. Schlong—I think all of us who have made spent significant time hanging go through some pain to one degree or another. I think it’s unavoidable. Most of it (in my case) has been skin stretch pain. My biggest worry is that to reach my goals (at least 2”+ in total length gains), I may have to go through some real pain (eventually) to do that. At least so far, things haven’t been too bad.

Ah sorry to hear that Millia. I hope you’re ok! :(

I plan on hanging for years—I am sure I’ll bleed one day. The law of chaos almost demands it—so far (luckily) I have only had minor bruising (that was back in 2008).

I have definitely gone through periods though with extreme internal soreness (a type of soreness that seems to be just under my skin). Lately, EVO oil actually seems to make that type of soreness heal faster…

Yeah that was before I sustained that blood from the glans thing last week, it literally was right at the beginning of my glans. Didn’t hurt cus I’m used to it, with the muzzle hanger in higher weights it really pulls down on the skin, which is why my turkey neck has gotten worse over the time.
