Any suggestions ?
Well I have been hanging for 6 weeks now . First 2 weeks weren’t very intense , just a little bit to adopt my penis to weights.
I’m curently :
3” flaccid lenght
5.5” npbel
4 3/4” eg
my goal :
6” npbel - 7”
for the girth I don’t mind 5.5” maybe 6 ” … I can work girth easily …
MY LOT is around 9 o’clock
I want only an inch or so in lenght , I will work my girth easily later… before I started to hang , I had 1 month of PE experience a year ago , I did 15 min stretching followed by jelqing after … and I gained 1 cm in girth , I can add girth very easily but lenght is a problem…
My regular routine was : In the morning 2*20 min hanging (10 min rest between) and in the evening 2*20 min hang…
First weeks I could only hang with 3kg max … now after 6 weeks I can hang 8-9 kg.
In the first 20 min I hang with my max weight to fatigue the ligs , first 10 min I hang SD and have a good stretch in the pubic area ,then I move to BTC hanging ( I reduce one kg or two because my skin burns like heel when BTC) … My ligs are sore constantly , I don’t know what that means ? , but I don’t get it…
I will continue to use the current routine , I will add jelqs only (15 min of jelqs a day) …
I think I’m a hard gainer …
I saw guys just doing manual stretching and jelqing , and after few weeks they already start seeing resluts …
I’ve been intense hanging for 6 weeks and nothing yet , not even a 1 mm … It’s a bit kind of depresing , doing a good routine and don’t see nothing yet … I’ll stick to it … I have no problem of dedication …
