I’ve considered adding a few sets of straight down to my routine. Any thoughts on that?
Or am I better of to focus on more sets at SO for the time being?
9 consecutive weeks with zero days off now. I’m around 80 hours. Entering a period of lot of schoolwork now with exams, so I will probably be able to get in only 2-4 sets per day, but I will remain consistent and keep stretching whenever I can.
