Anyone successful with hanging straight out?

Yeah thats 4 hours strapped in. I hang SO because its the easiest angle for me to do. I attached a eyebolt to the bottom of a small table and attached a pulley to the eyebolt. So I can sit in my recliner and hang while multitasking online or watching tv. Few and far between do I switch angles. I know I should, but I forget. I have incorporated bundle hanging, which I feel puts much more stress on my inner tissue than anything. I feel that the ligs don’t get as good of a stretch when I bundle or is it that the stress put on the inner tissue is so great that the stress put on the ligs is not noticeable? Not sure.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

I found that when I got to my length goal that I didn’t need to do any girth work because my girth had increased to the point where my wife was complaining about a sore jaw during BJ’s. :-P

If you can do OTL angles you’ll find that your gains will speedup because when you stretch the outside of the ligs as well as the center from SO, the SO becomes more effective.

Whats funny is that is how I can tell my girth has changed. My girlfriend tells me after she blows me. I can feel the difference in my hand also. As for trying OTL, I’ll give it a go. I guess I’ll try to do 1 hour SO 1 hour OTL for each side and 1 hour bundle SO. Hopefully this will facilitate gains.

What about your EQ? Is it still good?

The thing is that girth is what I probably need more than length, but seeing that a lot of people gain girth from hanging, maybe hanging is the best choice after all, as I seem to have a hard time with the other methods for girth.

I will be hanging my first set tonight.

Does your girlfriend know you’re hanging? What weights do you use?

I’m back in business starting yesterday, but don’t see myself being able to do much beyond 4 sets on average. Might need an ADS. I have Monty’s rings, but their at my other house which is at the other side of the country. ; )

Yeah she knows I hang. She sits on the sofa and sit in my chair and hang while we watch tv or surf the net. I use weights from the local sports store. Nothing special, just plate weights. I do use the ADS from monkeybar I believe, not sure. Its a silicone sleeve which I insert one of the weights that was sold on his site and use that as an ADS.

I imagine telling my girlfriend that I pull my dick and jelq could be done, but saying that I hang weights off my dick with a device that is clamped to my dick? Not sure, man. :)

Regarding weights, I was thinking about what amount, not what type. I also use plate weights.

I think my maximum weight with SO was 6 kg (12-14 lbs I think) last time I hung.

She noticed a difference when I was jelqing and asked me if I could tell my dick was bigger. I told her I was doing some exercises that were supposed to increase the size of it. Then I told her I was glad she said something otherwise I was going to quit doing it because I wasn’t sure it was working. She responded, “its definitely working”. After that it was easy, plus we have been together for a long time (over 10 years).

Weights, I’m at 15lbs. I will probably bump up on the 30th if I’m no longer getting fatigue at this weight. You can see the weight and routine on my progress thread. I’m pretty sure there is a link in my signature.

I viewed your log, but could not see exactly what your gains have been this far? Have you done a proper measurement yet?

I’m on my 15th consecutive day now. Will be tough to stay consistent, but I will. Won’t be able to match you in hours though, but I will try to match your consistency. :)

8 sets today and 23 consecutive days. This better work. :)

No erect length gains as of my measurements, but the girlfriend said I felt longer. In the BPFSL I am longer.
