I switched to SO when it seemed obvious I wasn’t going to gain from SD anymore. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to gain from SO but I didn’t grow extra skin either from trying :)

I find SO the most comfortable way of hanging and great for multitasking. I did start with some SO hanging again recently after a 2+ year break but not enough yet to see if I could get some new gains.

SO is definitely the best position for multitasking IMO. Bib claims that he was just as comfortable multitasking BTC with some practice, but I`m having a hard time in that position personally even though it did get better.

What Piet said is essentially how I was going to respond.

I’m guessing the reason the one is more comfortable than the other is that the hanger is not attached 100% properly.

Wrap loose, hanger extremely tight.

I think just the way SO engages those soft skin tissues also has an effect. I’ve noticed that even with excellent hanger attachment, starting at a new angle after hanging a different one for several months will cause skin issues. The tighter and better your attachment technique is, the less of an issue it will be and the quicker your skin will condition and you’ll be able to hang that angle comfortably. Well, in terms of attachment. We still want to feel the burn obviously.

I figured it out guys.

Short story told, I attached the hanger too far from the head.

Anyway, I measured on saturday, and two weeks of SO-hanging averaging 5X20 minutes per day is showing a gain of 0,5 cm or 0,2 inches.

I did however hang 7 weeks of BTC, including the first week of conditioning, so it could be that the gains from BTC have been slow to materialize.

Actually, I`m suspecting that I got most of the gains from SO. It may be the increased volume and all the piss pulls I`ve been doing during the day that has helped as well.

Some people are skeptical to this angle, but I`m a believer!:)

What weight are you using?

SO stretches are definitely more intense. Its considered more of a tunica stretcher. It really makes the inner penis and exit point of the penis very sore.


I'm consistent in spurts, but gains are undeniable!

2007: BPEL 5.5" / MSEG 4.7" / BG 5.5"

Just recently raised the weights to 6 kg, after two weeks or so with 5 kg.

Struggled some with attachment technique, but seem to have fixed it somewhat now.

BPFSL or BPEL kind of gain?


Started september 2004: BPEL 6,1" and EG 5,1" September 2006: BPEL 7,5" and EG 5,5" My longterm goal: BPEL 8,5" and EG 6"

I did not even force the ruler that hard into my body.

The thing is that I hung BTC for 7 weeks before switching to SO, so there is a slight chance that the gains are from BTC but have been slow to translate into BPEL gains.

However, it was when I started hanging SO that my BPFSL really got ahead.

My BPFSL is now 19,0 cm. Which is 1,0 cm/0,4” longer than my BPEL.

I quit hanging:)

The time spent hanging and my lack of privacy - sharing house with several people - made me quit hanging. It was not sustainable in the long run.

I am however very happy with my last period of hanging in terms of gains. I`m at an all-time high in terms of length and it also seems to be cemented.

When I was away from PE for longer periods of time in the past, I would usually usually loose some length and end up at BPEL 16,5 cm. Restarting manual PE I would usually quickly reach my best length of BPEL 17,5 cm.

When I started hanging again in the BTC position, I relatively quickly regained my past length of BPEL 17,5 cm, but I did not go beyond it. After I decided to switch to SO, I soon measured 18,0 cm. My BPFSL also seemed to gain quickly. The best thing is that I have kept my length even though I quitted cold turkey. I only jelq now and do some light stretching, but that`s it. Perhaps tunica gains are more permanent?

Disclaimer: It could very well be that my actual gains were from the BTC hanging, but that they were “slow to translate” into real erect length.

Disclaimer 2: Due to the comfort of SO, I was able to multitask better and thus put in about twice the amount of hanging time compared to what I did in BTC. I averaged 6 sets X 20 minutes 7 days of week.

I think I will give SO another shot in the future.

Hey Bubba I’d be interested as well, why don’t you use the fulcrum for SO, instead of just doing SO? Bib told me too do BTC, then after that SO with Fulcrum. Something to think about? Later
