I quit hanging:)
The time spent hanging and my lack of privacy - sharing house with several people - made me quit hanging. It was not sustainable in the long run.
I am however very happy with my last period of hanging in terms of gains. I`m at an all-time high in terms of length and it also seems to be cemented.
When I was away from PE for longer periods of time in the past, I would usually usually loose some length and end up at BPEL 16,5 cm. Restarting manual PE I would usually quickly reach my best length of BPEL 17,5 cm.
When I started hanging again in the BTC position, I relatively quickly regained my past length of BPEL 17,5 cm, but I did not go beyond it. After I decided to switch to SO, I soon measured 18,0 cm. My BPFSL also seemed to gain quickly. The best thing is that I have kept my length even though I quitted cold turkey. I only jelq now and do some light stretching, but that`s it. Perhaps tunica gains are more permanent?
Disclaimer: It could very well be that my actual gains were from the BTC hanging, but that they were “slow to translate” into real erect length.
Disclaimer 2: Due to the comfort of SO, I was able to multitask better and thus put in about twice the amount of hanging time compared to what I did in BTC. I averaged 6 sets X 20 minutes 7 days of week.
I think I will give SO another shot in the future.
