Anyone successful with hanging straight out?

I’m mainly looking to add volume, be it via length or girth or combination of both.

Focusing on both equally is my approach at the moment.

Then, 6.1 x 4.5 Now, 7.25 x 5.25

If you’ve got an ADS then quiting cold turkey will work OK. As you said just continue with the ADS for a month or so. Healing will take place in the elongated state and strengthen the ligs to remain permanently in that condition.

I did not work last time.

That is, I may have regressed to a measurement that was better than the last time I had a break, but I did lose roughly 1/2 ” from my top mark. Of course, I only hung for 8 weeks, so it may have been too short of a duration.

I think I will stick with my routine for a little longer this time, just in case. Possibly overshoot my goal by a little.

But first I need to reach my goal. :)

It’s only been 5 weeks at this point.

Question regarding fatigue and “pain”.

On days when I only hang 3-4 sets, it’s rare that I get fatigue that is so strong that I need to lower the weight.

This week I’ve been averaging 5-6 sets and I’m noticeing on my last two sets and this one in particular, that I’m feeling very sore. It could be attachment soreness or it could be my tissues.

Anyway, should I reduce weight at that point or is it beneficial to hang as many sets as possible even though it’s mildly hurting at this weight? It’s my last set for the day anyway, but it would be nice to know.

I think I would have had to lower weight if I had more sets after this one.

47 consecutive hanging days as of today. 66 hours total hang time. Current weight 6 kg/13,25 lbs. Manual stretches whenever I take a leak. ADS on the way.

This should work, right?

I sure hope so, but it seems like my BPFSL has stabilized at just at/below 19,0 cm BPEL/7,6” BPEL.

When you get your ADS then you’ll be home free. Your ADS is just the ticket to cement your gains where they are. You see after a period of time the tissues will assimilate the weight and when that happens then the permanency is locked in. The longer you continue with your ADS the better. A month or two should be adequate for cementing.

Is 19.0cm your goal? If so that’s great to have made it. Congrates.

Thanks, Monty.

19,0 cm is my BPEL goal, but I’m not there yet, am I? You encouraged me to go for 0,25” longer than my BPEL goal? I was thinking about 19,5 cm BPFSL as a goal.

Hopefully, I’ll reach that by the holidays and then I will start water pumping and gradually quit the hanging. Possibly hanging 2-3 sets per day for another month or so.

Looks like a good plan to me. :cheerlead

Nice. I may have to ask you for advice when I’m ready to throw in the towel.

On another note.

Lately, I’ve felt that there may be some desensitization at my attachment point just behind the head. Is that normal?

I’ve never experienced any extreme discomfort during hanging. Most of my sets are fairly decent and I have never gone really numb.

I suppose it could be normal, but I am slightly worried.

If you experience numbing it is most likely caused from a disconnect of a nerve to that particular area. Although we would like to avoid such conditions it is not something to worry a great deal about because nerves are repaired by reattaching themselves via normal healing actions of the body. When a nerve connection is broken the body will extend the broken nerve out until it reaches the area that was disconnected and restore that feeling again.

There was a construction worker that I knew that was handling a large window that while he was holding it up by the glass the glass broke and the window came down on his arms and practically cut off his arms. The doctors were able to sew him up but he was left without any feeling or control of his hands. The doctors told him that in time all that would be restored but that nerves will only travel about 1 inch per month so it would take him quite some time to recover. You see nerves are restored by traveling down the same path the original nerves did. Unfortunately the old damaged nerves won’t hook up to the new growth and restore them. If that were the case then paraplegic’s would recover a lot quicker then they do.

Another example is Charles Krauthammer, Pulitzer Prize winning political analyst that jumped into a pool at 22 yrs old and bumped his head on the bottom of the pool, severed his spinal column and was paralyzed from the neck down. Today (45yrs later) he drives his own special built car with his hands only. Point being, he recovered usage of his hands over time.

I’ve always wondered what’s going on with guys gaining girth from hanging and even extenders, I’ve read enough reports of this happening to take it seriously.

Anyone got any theories about what’s going on ?

Thanks for the information, Monty.

I dropped the weight down from 6 kg to 5 kg and have reduced volume for the last days. I seem to be back to normal already.

I’m going to increase back up to 6 kg in 0,25 increments very slowly. 54 consecutive hanging days today. Total hang time 73 hours. :)

I think I’m going to measure BPEL at 100 hours.

The last days my penis have felt very fat, plump and I’ve generally had problems staying flaccid for hanging. Maybe it appreciated the reduced weight and volume.

Regards.

Yes girth gains can be accomplished via hanging for length if angles and fulcrums are utilized. Angles and fulcrums will affect the tunica along with the ligaments.

I predominately hang SO and I am getting girth gains. I wonder if I would get more girth if I switched it up like suggested.

Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

Hanging SO has effected my girth positively.

I read the theory (I do not remember who it was) that by stretching the tunica directly, it’s allows the tunica to not only elongate, but expand when combined with girth specific exercises.

Then, 6.1 x 4.5 Now, 7.25 x 5.25

I don’t have a measured girth gain and during my first 5-6 weeks of hanging I did not notice a difference, but lately my penis does seem to be thicker.

I noticed the same the last time I hung, but I believe I lost those gains. Of course, I hung for a very short period of time, so it was probably not cemented in any way. I also wondered then if it could simply be temporary swelling because of the hanger attachment.

jb560,

You’ve mentioned bundled SO hanging a few times? What’s that?

I’ve considered making a RSDT fulcrum to easier add some fulcrum to my hanging.
