I read somewere that you can get gains also if you just don’t give your dick rest to tear up the cells.

When I’m in hang mode I try not to give my dick any rest and normally hang 7 days when I can. I believe when going for length and stretching ligs rest is not that important. The opposite is true for girth.

Just make sure you don’t extend your penis 24/7. Your penis needs some rest, even after length work.

I’ve been reading many of the scientific articles (on links) posted about ligaments and how they react to loads. I’ve also been comparing this information with what successful PE’ers have done here at thunders. It seems that it would be wise to hang seven days per week when focusing on gaining legth through ligament elongation, as aposed to tunica elongation. When comparing the scientific data, and Big Girtha’s motto of “never let it turtle”, I’m inclined to recommend ADS’ing with this everyday hanging. Doing am and pm hanging sessions may also be something to consider. The goal will be to accumulate daily gains and stack them one upon the next, somewhat. You see, the ligs return almost back to normal length the first hour after being loaded, then it takes 24 to 48 hours for then to totally return back to their former length. The ADS’ing will prevent this, and minute length gains from each session will accumulate. Once the ligament is stretched an additional 5.14% beyond its pre cycle length, the gain will be permanent. Then one should only ADS for some time, then do no PE and decondition for a period of time. During the period of hanging, the ligaments will have gradually built up a tolerance to the load applied. The break will somewhat soften the tolerance that had begun to build up. On the other hand, if someone allows their ligs to totally heal between each session, the ligs will only be getting stronger and tougher and building up tolerance as oposed to lengthening.

Please take my advice lightly, as I have yet to gain due to not following through long enough.

Sounds common sense. However al lot of guys have made good gains with hanging after the initial newbie gains with a 5 on 2 off scheme.

My gains came from hanging ala psycho-BIB method. I attempted to hang no days off and when crap came up and I missed a day that was my rest day. I seldom actually got 7 days per week but I did shoot for it.

Exactly, the psycho BIB method is doing a lot of hang time. How do you do this after a hanging session. Do you jelq after every 20 minute’s? I think that take’s to much time and just let my dick rest until the imprints of the hanger are out of it and my cock looks good to go for another session. In the evening I (dry)jelq for a minimum of 10 minute’s. How is your approach in this?

I just basically massaged my unit between sets and sometimes even did a ht water soak. In the summer I hung outside and massaged and sunned the thing.

No jelqs at all? And how much did you gain from it, not taking the newbie gains into account?

I has zero n00b gains; all my gains came from time intensive hanging.

I still advocate the newbie routing and manual PE even if you get no gains from it. Most guys do gain from hands on PE and it is vital for toughing up a bit as well as learning to self monitor what is happening in your penis. I expect that some will disagree but I think that having PE experience before hanging greatly reduces the chance of injury.

I gained an inch in length and around 1/2” in girth.

This sounds good but what if one needs to focus on the tunica for their gains. I have an extremely low LOT and my unit is set low on my groin and hangs straight down pre-PE. So I will probably need to focus the majority of my work on tunica gains.

bigblackstick, I’m not sure if it would be best to do tunica lengthening excercises each day as it is possible to do with lig work. Many blood vessels, nerves, and the euretha will be stretched when doing tunica work. I’m going to have to research what bib, xenolith, and other successful hangers have done for tunica work.

To be honest, my lot is at 8:00 - 8:30. I do need to learn more about tunica work.
