Whoever described ice benefits to me was pretty convincing. You heat the tissue, and the collagen becomes more mobile, like in a gel state. You stretch it and it more easily rearranges to the elongated configuration. Then ice cools it to where it is less mobile and locked in the stretched configuration, where it heals.

The other thing I have heard is that ice has caused some people to claim an extended period of engorged flaccid after PE. It might have to do with the immobilizing of the collagen as I described above, or it could have something to do with vasoconstriction, and maintaining some sort of venous clamping for a longer period after engorgement.

Ice is used by athletes to treat sore muscles after exercise. It doesn’t seem to effect progress for those wishing to grow muscle so I wouldn’t worry about it’s anti inflammatory effects. Inflammation is a hinderance as often as it is a benefit.

So it seems to me that if cooling down will solidify in extended state, then just simply letting the tunica get cooled to body temp (which is as cold as we’ll ever get it to stay) in extended state would do the trick just as good. As in putting on an extender just after hanging.

I power-lift often and I have read in several places the best thing for a muscle to help promote healing after a workout would be a contrast shower. It helps promote blood flow to the area to bring in new blood and promote healing. All you do is blast the muscle worked out ex. lower back with very hot water for 2min and then shock it by putting really cold water on it, doing this back and forth for 10 - 15min. Would anyone think this would be a good method for PE after stretching or jelqing? Thanks

UhOh - the problem is that the main target in pe are ligs, tunica and smooth muscle while in power-lifting we are talking about skeletal muscle. Therefore, I am not sure how well the two compare.

Intuitively, I like the concept of cementing gains after heat-assisted hanging using a cold shock, not with the idea of improving blood flow but freezing the collagenous materials. Therefore, I wouldn’t change between hot and cold after pe but apply one cold shock at the end while still hanging or stretching.

If you discuss girth (I am not into that yet) it might be completely different.

I am currently hanging strictly to the side (right side at the moment, I am planning for a week then will switch to the left). Very strong fatigue/soreness at the left side of the base of my dick. Lasts for about 24 hours.

I don’t know if this has been done or said before, I don’t have time to read all 16 pages. But, here is what I do…..
I’ve purchased the vac hanger from monkeybar awhile back and used to hang with weights. I think, I conditioned myself to about 15lbs. I’ve hung SO, SD, to the sides and over the shoulder. But I only can do it while everyone in my house is sleeping. It became a pain, no pun intended. I thought of different ways to come up with a solution. While in the shower doing manual stretches, the light bulb went off. I tied a heavy duty string, like clothes line, with a rubber handle to the hole of the vac hanger. Long enough but not to long that I can pull with my feet. So now I lay in bed with the sheets over me, instead of weights I use the force of my leg and feet. Once I get a good pull I keep it there for the amount of time I like. And I use the handle to stretch in different directions. But the best pull is SD. I’ll share pics at a later time the wife is off from work this weekend.

I also purchased a similar vac hanger from a auction site, but this vac hanger is made of some sort of rubber or cyberskin. When I puchased it it came with a chest strap for straight up hanging, but my thing gets to long to tie my belt. So I made an anklet to tie it to and use it going to work and I also, believe it or not, while I’m sleeping. I can go for about four to five hours before pulling it off in the middle of the night. No bruises, circulation cut-offs, just a little puffiness, same as when you use a pump or regular vac hanger….But very comfortable.

Everything I have tried just slips of.. I have tried to put bandage or other material over the penis and then taping but it gets pulled of, often in the hanging session, always when I should take the hanger off.

I cut the finger off at the base where the finger meets the glove. Then I put it on. it usually covers 1/4 to 1/2 inch bellow my glands depending on the size of the glove and which finger I use. It will slip over time but I get a good 30 minutes to an hour and a half with this technique.

What technique do you use for putting it on?

I tried for about 10 sec and then gave up.. It’s seems impossible to get it on! And I have not big girth.

I think you just found the answer to you problem, you only tried for 10 seconds lol. In all honesty it is a bit difficult at first. As I have said before the easiest what to get the thing on is you clamp off an erection then stretch the finger over penis. It take some practice but then become easy. Try stretching the finger in warm water to loosen it up. You can do this I have an erect girth of about 5.7 and I can get these on.

I tried some more, but the finger “rolls up” with the skin.. Are you uncut?
