Same pull as normal low angle hanging. Feel in the base tunica, ligs, and abdominal fascia. Base skin is tight but not as tight as I remember it when I last hung 1.5 years ago with a normal BIB Starter. That could be due to having gained some “PE skin” over that time, or could be a hanger difference, not sure.
All I can say about where the gains come from while hanging at lower angle with attaching at the base, is that it has worked for me in the past, and seems to still be working in the present. Obviously can’t be sure whether it’s ligs or base tunica gains. I certainly feel it in both, whether with this hanger mod or any lower angle hanging. I’ve never felt low angle hanging in the “inner penis” however I can feel it there when hanging or stretching at upper angles. For this reason I think a mix of hanging at low angles and high angles is a good way to cover all your bases.
