Hanger's, what do you all do?
I’d like you all(especially the vets) to say what your hanging routine is/was, how much time you hang, what time you usually hang at etc. and what extra things you do that you feel helps you out. And/Or what you feel would be the ideal routine.
I’ll start…
I hang right before bed, 2 hours total hangtime. I hang exclusively between sd and btc, and use a red IR Lamp aimed at my ligs for the first 4 sets, and then turn it off for the last 2 sets to let things cool down naturally while hanging. After my session I do 100 medium jelqs, and then 100 second manual clamps to plump everything back up again. After that I put on a wrist wrap and go to bed.(However after reading about Big Girtha’s “BG-Tuck/Bed Fowfer”, I may start doing this instead of using the wrap.
I think it might be ideal to hang in the morning rather than evening, and then use fowfers and ADS throughout the day too keep things stretched out and healing in the extended position.
