Hello to you all

I’ve been doing PE for about 3 weeks now, and I tried hanging today. Boy it hurts.
Firstly the wrapping used how tight should it be? I had two attempts one tight which held 7kg and one not as tight (but not loose) which was pulled down to the glands where it stayed because the head was enlarged because of the jelqing effect of the wrapping.
One hang really pulled the skin around the pubic region, the other attempt which was looser pulled the whole penis, but hurt like hell. What should I do?
Both hangs left the head blueish this was why I stopped.
I want to persevere with this cause I’ve potential for good gains by hanging (8:30 tug back reflex test or what ever it’s called , I’ve got to be careful what I write this time after a seamen incident haha)

Might want to do the newbie routine for a few months to condition your unit. Then re-try pumping. Even before that. read as many hanging progress threads for tips and info.

Do the newbie routine for 3+ months, if you are getting gains from it continue until you don’t.

I’ll stick to jelqs and some light manual stretches for now then. I’m a bit keen that’s all. I certainly don’t want it to break. I couldn’t find LOT theory 101 in the search. Are you saying that having a high LOT is not a sign of potential easy gains?

Are you trying to rip your penis off? This is a lot of wieght to start with. You should start hanging slowly with light weight, and don’t rush to heavier weights. Consider this when you decide to start hanging. But you need to read a lot about this first. And can I ask what type of hangers you’re using?

Here is the LOT theory 101. If you search for “LOT”, you’ll find a big number of threads about this subject. Some with it, and some against it. But the general trend now is toward ignoring this theory.

7kg/15.4 lbs is way too much weight to start off with. You have to prep the skin first with lighter weight.

I agree with pegain, 7 kg. Is way too much to start with.wow. You should just jelq and manual stretch for another month or so. When you start hanging, 2-4 lbs. Should be plenty until you get your wrapping technique down pact.

I would recommend spending the next month reading posts on the hangers forum, and learning how to wrap correctly. Good luck with your gains.

Yikes, thats like going to a gym for the first time in your life and attempting to bench press 315lbs, just not a good idea. WAY TOO MUCH WEIGHT. Start with light weight and slowly work your way up, that is the way to do it, a nd wait till your third month. I trust the vets at thunders to give good advice when it comes to when you should start the advanced work.

I should have read that post a little more closely. “Keen” huh? If you stretch and jelq with the same “keen-ness” as you have taken to your hanging, then you will be posting exclusively in the Injury forum.

In your case, I think I would advise to jelq and stretch with about half or a third of the intensity you think is necessary.

I’ll stick with the basics for 3 months or until I stop gaining.
Is there a method to stretch the scrotum (ball bag) cause mines like I’m 13 years. It’s quite tight and when I orgasm hard they get sucked up into the pelvis. I’m not to bothered, but they’d be put to better use if they were banging against her clitoris doggy style.

Search for ball sac stretching. Westla has a good thread with instructional drawings.

I obviously don’t want to injure myself, my only injury so far has been loosing my warmup Bennie behind the radiator, and I’d like to keep it that way.

I’ll crank it down a notch or two

Okay I get the point! What do you I should do, I will take advice and I understand I don’t know very much, so in the vets I trust.

At the moment my routine is

5-8 minutes warm up with hot Bennie (out of the microwave)

Starting flaccid jelqing and kegeling between strokes

Gradually increase the erection quality and pressure caused by the grip to about 70% and jelq for about 15 minutes.

Then to work the base of my penis I get a maximum erection and slowly jelq, tight grip at the base and gradually relaxing the grip the further up the shaft I go, (I probably have been maxing the pressure in the head but I’m done with that now, I’ll keep it about 70% now).

Then manual stretch for about 5 minutes down, left, and right.

Then warm down hot Bennie 5 minutes

And that’s about it.

What do you think? Constructive comments only please.

Sounds like a plan, you may be able to adjust the time you use to jelq down or more likely up, but your gonna have to feel that out for yourself. In my opinion, your better off doing stretches before you jelq, that is how I do it and many others have advised to do it. Generally your supposed to do length work before girth work, and while jelqing does both, stretching is basically just for length. I also stretch upward and straight out, all directions I hold for 30 seconds pulling as hard as I can without losing my grip and I do it for 3 sets a piece, and I take 10-15 seconds between sets and I slowly let off the stretch, and it takes me significantly longer than 5 minutes.
