Hanging is this what I should be feeling
Since I’m new here I can only post this in the newbie forum. I’m not new to pe I’ve been on pegym since 09. I just started hanging currently doing 6x20 min sets btc with 5lbs with my bib starter. My question is when hanging I feel a stretch like this \ / above my unit that spot is a little sore afterwards and so is the base of my shaft is this correct. Also somtimes when hanging my head gets a little discolored that goes away quickly is that bad? Thanks in advance for any info.
