My LOT is 6 so I’ve been hanging OTS. I’ve notice though that I feel the bulk of the stretch on the ligaments and just as much if not less on the tunica. Does this mean that I have some more lig gain potential?

How much have you gained since your “Newbie Pop”, ld?

I’m not sure I know what you mean by “Newbie Pop”. If you mean gains since I’ve started PE, Id have to say about an inch in length and about the same in girth.give or take. I’ve been off and on for about 3 years. I’ve been really serious though for the past month. I haven’t measured yet so I don’t know what I’ve gained as yet.

ld, I’m not a big fan of OTS, simply because I’ve heard many member report injury and discoloration after hanging OTS: however if you have a good level of conditioning and are a long time hanger, it might be OK for you. If anything, I would explore all other angles, (even some of the weirder ones), before going to OTS.

Thank you so much for your attention. I’m trying BTC tonight to see if I feel it in my ligs. Then I’m going to also do my OTS routine because it’s actually beginning to feel pretty good. LOL
