hanging over stick

I like to hang over a small stick from time to time. I hang with about 10 pounds, but wondered if i wouldn’t destroy anything on my penis, since i always read that pressure should only come from sides and not bottom and top. Anyone knows more?

Its basicly fulcrum hanging. Most tend to use less weight. You can experiement with wider sticks ..a too sharp/thin object could hurt I guess
