I made a hanger from a bicycle tire and works pretty well. I am using it almost a year.

I am most likely NOT ready for hanging. Been doing PE for only 3 or 4 weeks.. And I haven’t been consistent. BUT I am excited since my unit seems to have good potential for some good gains.

I have had maybe 10 sessions maybe even less within those 3/4 weeks, regardless I feel that I am improving and have already increased my routine. I am also better at performing my routine than when I first started.

I was just wondering about hangers because I want to be prepared for when I am ready. I hope to be more consistent soon when I have more time. My sessions last about 45 minutes to an hour. How would you advise me to increase my routine and when do you think it would be feasible to start hanging?

Currently I am doing 10 35 second stretches with 15-20 second rest. Then I do 3 45 second stretches with 20 second rest. I then do 100 dry Jelqs. I warm wrap both before and after. I do between 50 and 100 Kegels not during the same routine, but I have been slacking on them.

Agree with west, but Bib is the way to go. Start slow.

Sorry to bother, but I have just started hanging, but I always get an erection a few seconds after I start hanging. If it helps I use a swim cap hanger.

That happens because your penis doesn’t know yet the difference between Penis Enlargement work and having funny (masturbation). Once HE will know, this problem will disappear.

Once you get to 7.5lbs or 10lbs—or less weight if you hang TRUE BTC (true BTC seems to stretch the skin on top of my penis like crazy/ it feels pretty intense without much weight)… anyway, once you reach that point, your penis will learn what work is.

I had your same problem at first—but as I’ve been increasing the weight over the last 5 weeks, the problem has gone away.
