Heating while hanging or only before hanging?

Heating while hanging or only before hanging?

Do you think it’s actually benificial to continue applying heat while hanging? For example 5 minutes before hanging and 5 minutes while hanging or is 10 minutes of heat before hanging ok?

Really I’d rather have two hands free to do my work. Also where to heat? Just the ligs?

The more heat the better.
All over between where the appliance is attached to the ‘inner penis’ where accessible.

At least that’s what I’m thinking.

I always wrap my rice sock around the whole package after I attach the hanger and weight. I don’t know how much heat actually penetrates the hanger and wrap, but it sure can’t be hurting things.

I heat it during the first 2/3 of a session and then remove the heat pad during the remaining 1/3 hoping for some consolidation under these circumstances.

The theory is, delectric, that heat applied during hanging helps to elongate the penis, and cold applied after the session helps to “cement” the gains (“healing in the elongated state”).

Heat enough to maintain the internal temperatures of the tissue. Perhaps an initial warmup, with intermittent heating is enough to accomplish this.

Argh, looks like I will have to use another had while hanging to hold the heat on. A rice sock could be attacked but really after being in the microwave!!! Don’t fancy getting cancer!

GlandMaster is right about the theory behind heating. A pre-workout heating will help, but so will a more extended heat applied through the hanging session. Try getting one of those Infrared lights that you’d put in a lizard’s cage. I clamp one of these to my desk and shine it on my package throughout most of the hang session. Hands-free heat! Yes, I do feel this is beneficial to gains.

My First Real Attempt:

2006 Start: 6.25" BPEL and 5" EG - 2012 7.625" BPEL / 4.875" EG / 8.063" BPFSL. (All manual routine)

Some of the most comfortable hanging I did was out side during the summer months. This was also the period of my greatest gains. Hot and sweaty indeed but I believe that it did wonders for my unit.
