I think I reached a plateu in newbie gains and want to try vacuum hanging

As the title says…

I believe that I am finally coming to an end with my newbie gains, and wanted to try something different. I am hovering right around 6.75-7.00 BPEL on a really good day with good EQ.

I noticed that a lot of guys on here are doing vacuum hanging with fire, but I don’t really know where to start and approach it. I’m willing to learn and experiment with this new process but I do not want to risk a severe injury or yet alone, decrease my EQ because I’ve heard a lot of things like the veins getting compressed on the inside from pumping.

What materials should I get ? and how do I start ?

You need to start out by reading. Alot. This is a some what new technique and there is yet to be a firm process established. It is coalescing though. The initial heat source was with Ultra Sound (US) but has since evolved into FIR heat pads.

Theory and background:
The Long Game: Learning with Longerstretch, Key Principles to Make Sustained Growth
Manko007’s road to big dick land
The characteristics of the tunica albuginea revisited
Tutt is also a valuable contributer.

A couple of members who have been successful with their application and have done a good job of writing their process down:

Gaining volume with Kyrpa
Cbateman’s journey to perfection
5.5Squared Log
Hanging with FIRe
Jguido fits in here, too.

As to materials: you need a vacuum hanger (Totalman, LG, other), FIR heat pad (Totalman, Thermedic, other), and a hanging system: weights, pulley(s), weight holder (bucket, etc) and cord and connectors. Some set up a pulley under their desk and hang straight out while working. I hang a pulley in my closet on a lower level clothes rod. I personally have 7.5 lb of weights: 2 @ 2.5# and 5 @ 0.5lb. Lead fishing weights in the plastic bag work for me.

My pad is the Thermedic waist pad with strap which is approx. 5.5x8”. Just remove the waist strap. Several guys are using Totalman. Don‘t forget to get extra 3m micropore tape (or similar) for taping your glans. Some dont like the 3M and use another type.

A small pulley can be sourced from any hardware store or amazon, and any kind of cord that will support minimum 10# of weight will work.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Lot’s of great info available and a few good devices too. I use the LG but the Total Man is good too. I own both and they both seem good, just personal preference.

Other than the normal hanger, cable, weights, roller stand and all that maybe a IR heating lamp or rice sock is all. I made all my gains without heat and just now started using heat.

Also, you might want to look into a simple cap and sleeve ADS as it is pretty vital to heal in an extended state as well as use it to vastly increase the time your unit is under tension.

Start BPEL: 5" Current BPEL: 7" Start EG: 4.25" Current EG: 5"

BPEL Gains So Far: 2" Goal: BPEL 8" EG Gains So Far: .75" Goal: BPEL 5.5"

Getting P-Shots and air pumping my way to 8" BPEL

So i really enjoy the description, and I think you have opened up a lot of detail which gave me somewhat more clarity as to how to approach this vacuum hanging stuff. However im more of a visual person and would like to know if you have any pictures suitable for this type of setup ? if you can provide pics bro that would be amazing!

so far the key takeaways that I got from skimming through those threads is fire is important, and the amount of cycles a newbie should start with and progress… and so on.

also the things that I am looking to get is…the vaccum hanger cup, micro tape, and sleeve. These good for a start no ?

So the LG and Total Man are the two popular vacuum hanging brands I see everyone is talking about.
