You need to start out by reading. Alot. This is a some what new technique and there is yet to be a firm process established. It is coalescing though. The initial heat source was with Ultra Sound (US) but has since evolved into FIR heat pads.

Jguido fits in here, too.
As to materials: you need a vacuum hanger (Totalman, LG, other), FIR heat pad (Totalman, Thermedic, other), and a hanging system: weights, pulley(s), weight holder (bucket, etc) and cord and connectors. Some set up a pulley under their desk and hang straight out while working. I hang a pulley in my closet on a lower level clothes rod. I personally have 7.5 lb of weights: 2 @ 2.5# and 5 @ 0.5lb. Lead fishing weights in the plastic bag work for me.
My pad is the Thermedic waist pad with strap which is approx. 5.5x8”. Just remove the waist strap. Several guys are using Totalman. Don‘t forget to get extra 3m micropore tape (or similar) for taping your glans. Some dont like the 3M and use another type.
A small pulley can be sourced from any hardware store or amazon, and any kind of cord that will support minimum 10# of weight will work.
Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG
Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.
Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.
