Is bibstarter for me? Vacuum hanger questions
I can’t post in the hanging forum because my account is new. I did the beginner routine and decided to go for vacuum hanging.
I’m new to it. My routine has been: warm up, 5 minutes stretching, 5 minutes jelqing, 45 minutes increasing weights, cool down. 5 days a week.
How frequently do I have to clean the device? I tape the whole glans. I’m uncut. Is there a best way to tape?
It happened more than once that when removing the device the glans was “pressed” as if my thumb was pressing on it and the tip of the glans was taking all the force. Is it due to too much pressure or weights? Because of this I am taking some rest.
I reached 5 pounds after 1 months and every time I start from 1 pound.
Reading around, discoloration is a main side effect of vacuum hanging. I don’t know if I am doing it incorrectly, but I don’t feel I’m really pushing it. How long should the sleeve be? I could have cut it too much and it slips off.
I am considering the bibstarter and potentially vacuum hanging later on for more time stretching. However I have erections very easily and just by touching. I would put the bibstarter, have an erection, forget about it and back to flaccid. Is bibstarter for me? What happens if I have an erection in the middle of a training?
