I just did my first long session yesterday. 3x15mins. Followed by a jelq session.
I think I have tough lig because of the fact I havent seen any change even though I’ve been stretching quite frequently and for 20 min ~ periods. I’ve seen immediate growth while doing this but nothing sticks, and I’ve been doing PE quite consistently for some time now.
I dont heat during my hanging session but am looking into getting an infrared lamp to aide this.
I find I can hang about 2kg without any problems so I am going to stay on this for a week or two
How will I notice gains? I know they will be miniscule to begin with but I dont want to keep upping the weight if I’m still seeing gains with the current weight.
How do I do a SO hang? Do I need a pivoting system over a chair or something?
