Just spend this hour (or whatever time period) doing hanging, 20min sets, 10min rest between sets.

Before you start your hanging routine proper, spend a few days (at least) experimenting with the hanger, and different kinds of wrap. You will find that slight changes in the hanger and wrap settings will have an effect on comfort, which may not be too noticable at low weights but as you progress it will become very apparent. So if you learn what you are doing now you will save time and possibly injury later.
