I’ll answer because I believe your talking to me. First month, no weights. Second month, weight with ADS. 1 week into 3rd month, hanging only. No ADS. With advice of folks telling me to go higher than 6lbs, I increased to 7lbs. Will hopefully go to 8 and up gradually. Adding the ADS into the program is a bunch more work with trying to get 10+ hours daily. I decided to not do it for this month. If I’m getting gains after my next measurement pics, I won’t use the ADS for that next month. If I don’t get gains, I’ll seriously consider adding the ADS back into it. What an ADS adds to a program is all over the place so I’m really not sure. Personally, for two hard months of trying, no gain.
I started wrapping with a heat pad yesterday during the hanging. Before and after, I dip my pecker into warm/hot water for a few minutes. I sure do hope they make a difference. I feel like they’re doing something, but my ultimate measure is if I gain or not.
