Whatever weight you’re using you need to be getting fatigue. Use the lowest amount possible to achieve this state.
The routine which worked best for me was 3 x 20 min sets AM and 3 x 20 min sets PM. Traction wraps or ADS in between times. I did this 9 days straight then, for the next 5, ADS 6-8 hours per day. Days off only when necessary. Monitor your progress very carefully because it’s quite punishing. Any sign of ED or injury - complete rest until fully healed/functional - no excuses!
IMPORTANT
NEWBIES, PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT ATTEMPTING THIS!!!!!!!!!!! I will give you a written guarantee that you WILL suffer injury and possible permanent damage. It took me 5 months, working virtually every day, to prepare for this routine - it’s very intense and needs to be worked up to conscientiously over many months. Even then the risks are still high. Don’t even consider it unless you have been hanging at least 45hours per month (hang time) for a minimum of 4 months. You have been warned!!!
