In the first month, by following the PPM theory, I have gained considerably, even though it is soon to talk about cemented gains. In my stats you’ll notice great difference between EL and BPEL due to the fact I am far too overweight (I am 229 pounds whereas I should be 154 I know…). I have also done some jelqs and some pumping but I do not really count them into PPM - mainly because I do not know how to translate jelqing and pumping in pounds per minute.

How about pumping in hg per minute?

I tried to convert hg into pounds, but hg is weight/squared inch measure, so it is not the same

so I tend to give a medium pump session the equivalent of a medium weight session, around 100 PPM

I mean how much you can gain in the formula: hg x minutes per day x workout days, so we can make calculation how much total hg should be used per day to get a certain gain. It’s just like your remarkble PPM theory (I keep that 1440 magic number in my mind), 1440 PPM for 1” gain per year.

That number comes out from the JES extender required time and weight for growth

It must be worn 12 hours a day at a 2 pound traction or 720 minutes at 2 pounds

720 x 2 = 1440
