So, Btc, Su, Wtf?!

OK, as the abreviated title suggests, I’ve been reading many references to these alternate methods of stretching. I have been hanging SD for my entire PE career (although I hate to call it a career)…and have maybe gained .25 inches. I want to switch up the angle without having to use manual stretches, and honestly I don’t really know where to start!

What angle shows good gains?

Is one better at stretching ligs and another better with tunica?

What are some methods of getting these stretches (ie: fulcrums, pulleys)?
I suck at engineering so if someone with experience could describe how they set
it up that would be awesome!

Any other advice that vets of these techniques can think of would be much
appreciated…Thanks!

You seem to know a little of the abbreviations. SD is straight down. SO = straight out. SU = Straight up. BTC = Between the Cheeks.

wtf = What The F…

All of these can be found in the Glossary.

SU’s are good for the tunica

SO and SDs are good for the ligs

Should one focus hanging at ALL angles for maximum growth potential, or has one angle been discovered to be the universal best (i.e., SO)?

How do you hang straight up, besides reversing the gravitational force on earth?

I would guess you could use a pulley.

I believe a lat bar or something akin to that is used above the head and string/rope whatever is thrown over it with the weights attached thus pulling your penis upwards as the gravitational pull does it’s normal thing.

I use a bungee cord attached to an Eye Lag placed about eye level or high on my wall. I hook up to the lag and I can stretch out until I reach the stress or equivalent weight I want. The Bungee has a calibration sheet that equates weight to it’s stretched length. I can twist and turn my hips to get just about any angle I want as well as I can add in fulcrums in heartbeat. When I reach fatigue I just let off on the stress a little.
