This routine made me gain in three weeks

I must say that I have been into pumping for over ten years on and off, so my penis is not new to PE, but:

I quit pumping as I had very little permanent gains (maybe 1/2”) and started reading everything and eventually tried this routine for 18 days and I have visible gains and strong erections and larger veins.

Morning 1 hour and 40 minutes

1. Cup full of very warm water around penis for five minutes
2. While waiting the five minutes 100 kegels (3 sessions, 300 total kegels)
3. Hang 20 minutes with 6.6 pounds (3 sessions, total time 60 minutes)
4. Jelq 10 minutes between hanging sessions ( three sessions, total time 30 minutes)
5. Cup full of very warm water around penis for five minutes

Evening

1. Cup full of very warm water around penis for five minutes
2. While waiting the five minutes 100 kegels (3 sessions, 300 total kegels)
3. Hang 20 minutes with 6.6 pounds (3 sessions, total time 60 minutes)
4. Jelq 10 minutes between hanging sessions ( three sessions, total time 30 minutes)
5. Cup full of very warm water around penis for five minutes

Morning 1 hour and 40 minutes

Never has such erections, visibly penis growing in length and girth, bigger veins, no injuries..

Any comments?

120 minutes hanging per day is too much for a newbie hanger, in my opinion. I dont think newbie hangers should go over 60 minutes a day.

Thats 3 hours 20 minutes a day total, most people wont be able to spare that kind of time.

You state visible gains…but you dont say how much? So….how much?

I know I work out a lot, but I am no newbie at PE: my penis has received hours of pump training per day in the last 10 years. Indeed, having made a comfortable foam pipe device, I started with 2 pounds and increased to 6.6 pounds in three weeks without pain or problem whatsoever. Before starting hanging, I used to keep, my penis pumped to seven inches for 30 minutes and to 8 inches for another 30 minutes morning and night, so I presume my ligaments, skin and tunica are not being overstressed for the workout I am doing now. Of course, sometimes I look at the clock waiting for those last five minutes to end, but I did it with the pump before. I have sort of that feeling that tells me when I overdo it. Still, for me It is hard to tell what is a permanent gain from what is temporary as I have been swelling and unswelling for years, with the pump, with only little permanent lenght gain: some more in girth. I have reached up to 9” BPEL and 7” EG in the tube. But out of the tube I would go back to about 7” BPEL and 6” EG in a matter of few hours.

Now I am about 7 1/8 EL and 5.5’ EG when I wake up in the morning and it seems to me that it keeps growing I don’t know if this comes from weights, jelq or kegels: I think jelq and kegel help erection and girth but really I am not sure. I am sure I am going to keep this routine and possibly increase the weight.

Do you think 6.6 pounds are enough to produce actual lenght gains for a 7 1/8” penis?

Length has nothing to do with it (or shouldn’t). Girth and the resistence of that girth to weight probably has something to do with it. 6.6 pounds is a good weight and the only way you can see whether it’s the right weight for you is to try it, I guess.

What angle are you hanging at? Straight down? You might be getting some quick lig gains there if you went into it without much stretching in your routine before.

I hang straight down, so far. I do not want to measure yet, but I feel my penis is bigger in my pants, in my hand and to my eyes. I am definitely going to keep it up and possibly increase weight after a week or so.

Is it ok to keep the weight on until coldness starts?

Cold and blue are bad signs. The glans do get a little colder when you hang but if you are pushing it you’ll hit problems. Maybe your hanger is an issue? What type of hanger are you using?

3hrs 20min a day is a lot. Sounds like after 10 years that your getting serious about getting some gains. I think your a real testimony that pumping really doesn’t work even in the long run. I pump on occasion if for no other reason then to see gains in probably the best why to measure there is. You can’t cheat in the tube. The length is there or it isn’t. Couldn’t be a more precise bone pressed measurement.

Frankly I like your routine. 100 kegels is a lot of concentration, but I’m confused. You say your doing 100 kegels (3 sessions) and jelq 10min(3 sessions) are you doing both of these between your 3 hanging sessions? Or are you saying that your doing the 100 kegals (3 sessions) in the 5 minutes of warmup?

I kegel during the warmups and while jelqing, BTW I dry jelq with one hand at a time, so when I losen the ok grip and go back to start a new milk I kegel the blood in to the corpora, if I get a hard on I clamp it with my ok grip as long as I get tired

I use the foampipe hanger described by Tom Hubbard in the homepage

Some days, I’m lucky to only get an hour of PE in. Yeah, I have a more opportunistic approach to PE.

WELL, IT’S EASY TO MISTAKE A SWOLLEN MEASURE FROM THE ACTUAL ONE. THE PUMP CAN EASILY MAKE IT SEEM MUCH BIGGER THAN IT IS, IF YOU KEEP IT UNDER MODERATE PRESSURE FOR 30 MIN OR MORE WITH WARM WATER: ONE FULL INCH DIFFERENCE IN LENGHT IS COMPLETELY COMMON FOR ME. THE LENGHT WHICH SEEMS TO BE THERE IS NOT REAL, BUT IF YOU HAVE SEX IMMEDIATELY AFTER IT IS THERE!

Ouch….please dont use all capitals…its painful on the eyes. A spell check would be preferential too, before you get a warning…..

Its hard to imagine an extra inch in length in the pump, for me anyway…

There are many who get no results from hanging alone either but I think it would be incorrect to say that hanging doesn’t really work, just because it doesn’t work for some.

There are several members here who have used pumping as their main exercise combined with other PE techniques and have made incredible gains and kept those gains for a long period with very moderate maintenance routines (check out the pumper’s forum).

I think the secret to PE is finding what works for YOU and applying that. Moderate pumping is definitely a valid PE technique and can contribute to long term results.
