This routine made me gain in three weeks
I must say that I have been into pumping for over ten years on and off, so my penis is not new to PE, but:
I quit pumping as I had very little permanent gains (maybe 1/2”) and started reading everything and eventually tried this routine for 18 days and I have visible gains and strong erections and larger veins.
Morning 1 hour and 40 minutes
1. Cup full of very warm water around penis for five minutes
2. While waiting the five minutes 100 kegels (3 sessions, 300 total kegels)
3. Hang 20 minutes with 6.6 pounds (3 sessions, total time 60 minutes)
4. Jelq 10 minutes between hanging sessions ( three sessions, total time 30 minutes)
5. Cup full of very warm water around penis for five minutes
Evening
1. Cup full of very warm water around penis for five minutes

Never has such erections, visibly penis growing in length and girth, bigger veins, no injuries..
