Well, I am definitely making progress. Nicely as a matter of fact. Last nite in my PM sets 5 lbs felt like fire. This morning I couldn’t’t feel it so I moved up to 6.25. No more redness from skin stretch.

1.)After a good set, my penis is very springy, stretchy especially in the base area…does that sound about right?

Not really anymore skin stretch at least what I can’t handle.

However, my balls…my balls are a pain in my ass…Literally! This needs to be addressed. I put them to the right, then I put them to the left, but they still seem not to want to cooperate?

The hanger was digging into my ass as I progress further into the BTC position. I came up with the “waschloth trick.” ( I’m sure others have did this as well) I fold a washcloth in half and put in under the hanger. This also does something interesting as to provide a slick surface, the hanger continues to move down even during a set! It has helped me get further in the BTC position.

My lower torso is parallel to the couch. It’s amazing how far down my penis has stretched. When I started, i could adjust the hanger from above my stomach or between my legs, now i have to go under my ass. I a moving right along. Last night when i got erect, the base seems thicker, but I won’t measure until the end of the month.. No real problems so far….

I still don’t know exactly what that “soreness feeling” is. I am sore after sets, and no more redness, so I’ll assume this is lig soreness. Not really “electric” though, or how others described. Like I said, the ligs are very springy after a set.

3.)It seems the more weight you put on the tighter the hanger should be? is this correct.?

4.)How do you know when you move up? When you feel nothing? That’s what I did……Still haven’t hit a “max”

5.)How do you keep blood out of head?…as I go up in weight it seems to collect more…

There was a little bit of head twist when the hanger was resting in my ass crack but i could adjust it…….

6.) As I get lower and lower into BTC, should I move the hanger back an inch or so?

Finally, you said you should muti-task but I find during a heavy set its hard to take your focus of hanging when you have a good stretch on your ligs/skin…..

The biggest problem I see right now is the balls and scrotum…

lol, your post made me crack up. Yes to all of that. Shift the balls from side to side, heavy = tighter, hanger tries to crawl up the ass, a really big cough/sneeze is BAD!

I try and multi task but often can’t. When I am hanging heavy it is a very intense feeling, usually I need to focus on Mr. Happy. I will delete junk email, sort and organize my notes, Hunt for reference sites for papers,etc. Stuff that I can normally do with only a few brain cells.

Yes, I would say so.

I always went right down the middle. No problems.

You are WAY down there. Washcloth is good. If you hang through a leg of shorts, it is not to much of a problem. Of course, when you get longer, the skids of the hanger will rest on the edge of the chair.

The electric feeling occured with me after I reached fatigue. You will know it if it happens and have to really reduce weight. You have just started back, so better to not push it now.

Yep.

When you are no longer reaching fatigue with your normal number of sets.

I pushed the wrapped bundle toward the head to allow trapped blood back toward the base before attaching the hanger. If you are getting additional blood while hanging, this will reduce as you go up in weight.

If you need to stretch more skin, or need to change attachment points because of soreness, that is fine.

If it is hard to concentrate on something else, you are probably pushing it too much. Also, do not hang a twenty minute set if it is torture. No value there. Just relax and let the weight work.

If you are going through a period of skin stretch, and it is too intense, simply reduce the angle of hang a little and take it slower.

Get to your max as quickly as possible during the session (day). Start at the max, and then work down. Not start low and work up. You should not push anything (max) when you first begin hanging as a newbie. Just learn how to hang, and what you should be feeling.

Remember, I always preach to remain comfortable and relax while hanging. If you cannot concentrate on something else, you are probably pushing it.

Welcome to the wonderful world of hanging stick. You are experiencing all of the joys and pains. The hanger always digs into my ass when I am hanging close to the base. If I move it down an inch or two, it hangs on the edge of the chair. I like the skids to rest on something because the whole thing will twist otherwise. Bigger - I included you in on this because of your answer. I think that most guys will have the skids hit their ass until they have gained an inch or so. My flaccid stretch is 8.5”, but if I am hanging close to the base, the hanger still bites my ass. I’ll have to try the washcloth.

Funny story as to how I came to the handtowel solution. I was hanging literally BTC- I thought that was the idea. Well, I woke up after doing this a few days and did a pelvic inspection to make sure everything was fine from my intensive PE program. So I get to my ass and there are these 2 black and blue marks where the bolts were digging into my ass :) So then I went to a handtowel folded over and placed between the pelvic end of my shaft and my ballsac all the way down and into the crack of my ass. What lengths people won’t go to for a bigger dick :)

I’m back down to 5 lbs and getting a real good stretch. I am always hanging everyday baring privacy issues. The weight is not completely overbearing and I’m not watching the clock but I still get a hellacious stretch.

1.)BIB, you said to move up when you are no longer getting fatigue…….by fatigue do you mean soreness??

2.) If you do mean soreness, I am sore immediately after a set but I don’t really have delayed soreness like lifting weights…Should I have delayed soreness? I mean I have a little but not lile when I first started….

3.) In other words is soreness the stimulus or key to growth? I think you are basically saying soreness and fatigue are the same right?

I fixed the ball issue, i make sure my balls are really loose and stretched out and then i make sure the shaft bisects the balls. This is the most comfortable way, and I haven’t had any problems since I’ve done this.

Just the way you word this tells me it may still be too much- i.e. “the weight is not completely overbearing”. It doesn’t feel overbearing at all to me until I begin to reach that point where I fatigue and have to take a lb. or 2 off. This isn’t something that should be a ‘grit your teeth and get through it ’ kind of thing. I actually forget the weight is there a lot of times throughout the day.

Yes, with qualifications. I am moving up only after I can do 3 solid sets at my max weight BTC for 20 minutes. My opinion is why hang more weight off your dick than you need to. If you get results at 5 lbs. stay there as long as you can- because once you move up in weight you can never go back. You might as well get as much benefit from each given weight as you can- unless for some reason you are really looking forward to hanging 20 lbs. + from your penis :) I got up to 10 lbs. really fast then decided to check my ego at the door and listen to my dick and not compare my weight to others- when I did that I was back down to 5 lbs. for another week or so before going to 6.

I think you just started, didn’t you? It takes a bit of time to get and keep the ligs fatigued all the time. Some days the soreness doesn’t last very long, other days it is there and noticable all the time.

I would recommend a few things to you. #1 is read my post ‘got a lig pop at 2.5 lbs’ or something like that. #2 is that you go into your user cp and set your default thread view to ‘show all threads’ and read all the hanging posts backwards from the start. There are answers to questions in there you would never think to ask. #3 is view the tutorials. I saw in another thread you were looking for an ADS, there is one in there that a lot of guys are using.

MOre Progress and questions.....

I am making strides….I can now definitely distinguish between the ligs and skin. I feel this explanation might help others so, here goes.

Skin stretch is a burning, ripping , tearing like feeling. You often get redness directly where the shaft exits the body. And to put it simply it hurts like a bitch.

Lig Pull is exactly that it feels like a tight pull from your pubic area but higher than where you feel skin stretch. Everything is very taut..It also produces a tremendous warmth. IT almost feels (dare I say) like yo have a semi-hardon just because of how straight everything is (even though you don’t). If you jiggle your hips from side to side it feels super straight and tight, whereas skin stretch moves around more. I’ve never seen anyone describe it like this…so I though It might help.

Also before when I took the hanger off, after just stretching skin, the penis would retract, but after hitting the ligs it seems to stay longer…longer.

Another big point, the lig pull actually feels very good!! whereas the skin stretch burns!

I honestly believe one of the reasons I finally felt this was because I have been hanging for many sets now.

and 2.) Crank that sucker down! The penis ligs definitely get thinner or something, but my hanger would slip. I fugred this out by using a hand mirror and looking below my legs, since I can no longer see the hanger in the BTC position. Like other vets say, if the hanger is tight enough there is no head pressure.

The only problem I see know, is I am getting lotos of stretch marks on my dick. SOme run parallel to the shaft, some perpendiculat, some even run from way above the base….And lots of wrinkles.

I am still only at 5lbs. BTC. I’m starting to see what you guys are saying about hanging being passive and not to worry about weight. I also figured that if it took BIB 19 months to get to 45 lbs. that still only figure out to 2.36 lbs increase a month. Miniscule!! when you look at the big picture!! I know honestly don’t see how people move up so fast. I am still destroying my unit with 5 lbs!!

So, I am getting fatigued, but not enough to have to drop the weight, perhaps today I will…..But i am feeling it.

I would say the most important thing is getting the proper fit with the hanger. The second I realized the hanger was too loose, and started cranking it down more, I felt it in the ligs immediately. I might even have to add another layer of wrap.

I must truly say the more I use it, and the more I UNDERSTAND how to use it, the more I realize the BIBhanger is an instrument of pure genius. What would we do with out it?
