unexpected results from hanging
I’m 7.5” bp and at a plateau and so I decided to ramp up the routine from 3x20 minute sessions every day to 6x20 minute sessions plus making a point to stretch every chance I get. Over the past month since doing this I have gained nothing in length but have gone from 5-9/16” in girth to 5.75”. I don’t care about getting thicker, I want to get longer! (grrrr). Man, if I could have added that to my length I’d be in heaven right now.
