When Measuring to order the Vacu Hanger. When it says to Measure the Last 1 3/4 inch to 2” From the Tip for the circumference. Are you Erect or Flacid or what? It never said what state to measure in. Once I know this I can order. Thanks guys!

ya does anyone know the answer to this? I am considering buying a vacu-hanger and I can’t figure out if you’re suppose to measure erect of flaccid for the cylinder size. Can anyone help?
really, no one with a vacu-hanger can offer any advice on this?
You have to measure flaccid. But have in mind that you want as much constriction as possible when vacum is applied, any air or extra room left in cylinder could turn in to blister, therefore I would advise you to get tighter one.
