I tried vac hanging with a homemade device. I hanged up to 7 kg for 45 minutes without problem. It was just to see how it worked, haven’t been on it for any appreciable amount of time.

It seems that the most commonly suggested set duration is around ~20 minutes. I’m curious to know if most of you guys hang for 20 minutes straight, or if this 20 minutes is broken down into maybe one or two short rest periods where you release the weight tension for a few seconds (to restore bloodflow) then go back to work?

Using my Vac4.1 hanger I am now hanging 5lbs for 45 minute sets with no issues. I started with 5lbs and three 20 minute sets and decided to slowly increase time per set instead of weight. I spent about two months going from three 20 minute sets to two 30 minute sets then to two 45 minute sets. I’m currently undecided on going up in time or up in weight for future sets.

Hi, everybody!

Vacuum hangers are popular in Russia. This indisputable convenience during training.
Judging by experience efficiency equal. But at competent use of vacuum, efficiency can be higher, as the vacuum pulls for a penis head, thereby influencing extension on all to length.

Forgive for my English.

I don’t see many vacuum hangers reporting gains.

While upping the weight I will have to switch to the Bib I think, although the modified vacextender is ultra comfortable.

Girth gains for better sex, length gains for a worthless ego boost.

I don’t know all of your history or how long you’ve been PE’ing but at 5 lbs I would go up in weight 1-2 lbs a week until you hit fatigue within the first set or two if you’re hanging for 30 min.

Newbie hanging question

I just bought a vacextender4 and plan to start off with a 2lb hanging routine. The only time I’ll have privacy to hang would be late night an hour or two before I go to bed. I keep reading about needing to wear golf weights or something to keep your penis at an extended length while it repairs. Is it bad to hang right before bed and go to bed without keeping it extended for a while afterwards?

What cheap device can I wear to keep it extended?

Same here. I would really like to see some proof of someone hanging heavy with a vac hanger. The only actual proof I have seen was a video with guy hanging 25 lbs using the lengthmaster over at MOS. The same guy has a video using a vachanger3 and he could only hang 5 or 7 lbs because of the risks. He did say it was his first time using it when he made that video. I will be interested to see if he makes a video using a heavy weight.

I just started back with my VacExtender 4.1 and am currently hanging 7.5lbs. I hang for 30 minutes, 5 minute break then 30 minutes. I have a few more sleeves left with the vac extender and once I’m done with them I’m going to switch to the vac hanger 3. The vac extender is not really designed for hanging heavy weights, so I’ll switch to the vac hanger before trying to move towards 10 plus pound hanging sessions.

I feel that weight is weight though a lot of guys will have different opinions on this. I can’t find a way to use the bib hanger that isn’t a pain in the rear and uncomfortable so I’m sticking with vac hanging. I started PE just under 5” bpel and am now just over 6 bpel using mostly a vac hanging routine and a bathmate. My mid shaft erect girth is a little over 5” now as well, up from a little under 5” when I started out.

I hang without keeping my penis at an extended length while it repairs all of the time. I like to lay in bed and read while hanging straight down with the weights hanging over the edge of the bed. When I’m done hanging I just fall asleep. I always set my iPhone alarm for an hour from when I start hanging just for safety, I want to make sure I don’t fall asleep hanging. I’d hate to wake up with my penis stretched all the way to the floor :)

How much weight do you hang?

Right now I’m at 7.5 pounds for 30 minute sessions with a warmed rice sock wrapped around my base. I’ll take a short break, reheat the rice sock and do another 30 minutes, sometimes twice a day if I have time, but that’s not often. I’m not going to go up in weight any until I get the Vac Hanger. It’s a little different than the Vac Extender that I’m using now and is supposed to be able to hold more weight with less risk of blisters.

Good to know. Do you use the vacextender with an extender as well or just for hanging now?
