I’m sure everyone is familiar with the kind of vibrator I’m talking about here. The big back massager that has HEAT. I could post a link to the item, but don’t want to be accused of working for WallMarts. :leftie: However, if you go in a Sam’s or WallMarts and look at the vibrators, this is the Biggest one they carry, the biggest vibrator anyone carries. I have two of them, one sitting on either side of my office/PE chair. They ain’t cheap, like fifty bucks each, but here is why they work so well with PE, especially VACUUM HANGING There are two vibrating heads: round, about two inches apart, just wide enough for the base of the shaft to fit in between whilst hanging straight down with the vacuum hanger. With a HOT throbbing, vibrator head working on both sides of the shaft, it is possible to spot-heat the ligs on either side and all around the base while hanging. I believe that the combination of the hot vibrating massage applied directly to the ligs during the hang loosens up the ligs and keeps them loose and supple while hanging, basically the same way placing the hot vibrator over tight muscles loosens them up. Also the stimulation feels good and kind of takes your mind off the hang:

I know we have said for years on this forum that one should NEVER hang while erect. While I agree this is very unsafe, and even ineffective when hanging heavy weights with clamp on hangers like the Bib, I’m not so sure this rule applies to vacuum hanging lesser weights, say, 10 pounds or less which is about all the vacuum hangers will support. I can push mine to 12 pounds, but ten feels better. But I feel 10 pounds is plenty, considering the long 1 hour sets. For me, having a very slight erection, not even what you would call a hard-on, but just a firm dick helps with this kind of hanging. When your dick is just firm enough that you see the weight rise when you kegel, is firm enough. I do these vac-hang sets while watching porn, and the big vibrator helps me.
However, you young guys who get hard when the wind blows Should take caution. Anything more than a slight firmness of the penis should terminate the session, or at least stop until the boner subsides, somewhat, then continue. I say this because it might be dangerous to continue hanging, even with a small weight, while completely erect. I would say anything more than a third of an erection might be too much. For me, anything more than a third feels uncomfortable and I stop stimulation until it resides back to a comfortable firmness.
