Vacuum Hanging

Do a search for thrombosis of the penis on this forum there are 10 pages of people talking about it.

Oh ok…I’ve heard and read about them. I’ve just always heard it called a thrombosed vein, so I thought you may have had something different. Good luck man!

Well, I”m 45 yrs old and I believe the first 3/4” was “lost length” as they say. Plus I went berserk, so good gains, and now injury… the line between great (fast) gains and injury are very grey, and very narrow.

New two-hour routine:

This probably should be a new thread, but I’m not sure if another thread on Vacuum Hanging would be kosher at this point, so I’ll just tack it onto this one for now.

I did another session tonight with the old 2” Cap and a worn-out piece of one of those old white sleeves MB made a few years ago. Can’t get over how comfy this is. One hour at 12 pounds. Leaning back at my desk, feet up on the desk, hanging SD for a full hour. During the hang, I put one of my big, dual-head vibrators on the pubic bone turned on HEAT, Letting the back of that big vibrator rest against the base of the shaft places the two vibrator heads on each side of the base or the shaft right over the ligs. Lying back in the chair, I don’t even have to hold the vibrator, just lay back and kegel to porn lifting the small weights with the kegels for an hour. This is a nice, comfortable hang routine for me. Afterwards I finish up with an hour in the tube, milking it until ejaculation.

I’m sure everyone is familiar with the kind of vibrator I’m talking about here. The big back massager that has HEAT. I could post a link to the item, but don’t want to be accused of working for WallMarts. :leftie: However, if you go in a Sam’s or WallMarts and look at the vibrators, this is the Biggest one they carry, the biggest vibrator anyone carries. I have two of them, one sitting on either side of my office/PE chair. They ain’t cheap, like fifty bucks each, but here is why they work so well with PE, especially VACUUM HANGING There are two vibrating heads: round, about two inches apart, just wide enough for the base of the shaft to fit in between whilst hanging straight down with the vacuum hanger. With a HOT throbbing, vibrator head working on both sides of the shaft, it is possible to spot-heat the ligs on either side and all around the base while hanging. I believe that the combination of the hot vibrating massage applied directly to the ligs during the hang loosens up the ligs and keeps them loose and supple while hanging, basically the same way placing the hot vibrator over tight muscles loosens them up. Also the stimulation feels good and kind of takes your mind off the hang:

I know we have said for years on this forum that one should NEVER hang while erect. While I agree this is very unsafe, and even ineffective when hanging heavy weights with clamp on hangers like the Bib, I’m not so sure this rule applies to vacuum hanging lesser weights, say, 10 pounds or less which is about all the vacuum hangers will support. I can push mine to 12 pounds, but ten feels better. But I feel 10 pounds is plenty, considering the long 1 hour sets. For me, having a very slight erection, not even what you would call a hard-on, but just a firm dick helps with this kind of hanging. When your dick is just firm enough that you see the weight rise when you kegel, is firm enough. I do these vac-hang sets while watching porn, and the big vibrator helps me.

However, you young guys who get hard when the wind blows Should take caution. Anything more than a slight firmness of the penis should terminate the session, or at least stop until the boner subsides, somewhat, then continue. I say this because it might be dangerous to continue hanging, even with a small weight, while completely erect. I would say anything more than a third of an erection might be too much. For me, anything more than a third feels uncomfortable and I stop stimulation until it resides back to a comfortable firmness.

I noticed the same thing girtha, feels asif you can stretch the ligs more with a semi erect penis, right? I have only done this with manual stretching though and just a few (brief) times but I could notice a good stretch in the ligs from it.

Absolutely: When I’m completely flaccid I can not find my ligs, but when I’m hard I can feel them with my fingers just beneath the skin where they wrap around the base like tree roots. I can also tell that placing the hot vibrator heads firmly against them during a hang feels like it loosens them up a great deal.

Let me say this, I have much respect for the legendary Bib for all that he has brought to the Craft. The man is not just a veteran in my book, but also one of the pioneers of PE, if not The Guru of Hanging. I still feel his original hanger is probably the best choice for hanging heavy weights, twenty pounds and up, and all the rules of hang which apply to that extreme method should be strictly adhered to. However, Vacuum Hanging is a completely different approach to a very old concept, and I feel some of the rules which apply to clamp-on hangers do not necessarily apply to Vacuum Hanging. Especially the 20-minute sets, and the Never Hang Erect ideology.

Funny…I have one of those vibrators sitting right next to my hanging chair too. I have thought often about using it like you are. I think I will try it tomorrow. I believe its called the Thumper, and its a back massager. However…it is sometimes used for other things as well ;-)

I also have hung with a semi erection while using the vac. Its not like we are hanging with a rock hard erection, and I do think there may even be a small benefit from doing it. And I also hang with one hour sets. So ya…some of the rules are different for vac hanging. I don’t think you will get TOO much slack from your post, but you never know. ;-)

Be carefull with the Thumper on your penis…. I used it once to masturbate. It was quite pleasant, then the next day I went to take a leak and noticed nothing was coming out…then what looked like a burgundy colored worm came sliding out… it wasn’t a worm! it was a big blood clot! I went to the urologist and he said those things can damage the urethra with the vibration (plus it takes me a long time to orgasm)… ANyway, I wouldn’t touch my willie with that again… Not worth it…

Not saying it will happen to you, but it scared the blood clot out of me!!

It is unelievebable that just now some people is talking about hanging erect/semi erect. I started hanging erect a decade ago with great results. People as always guide their lives based on emotions, and because we hear a couple of horrible stories from irresponsible people, everybody says “do not hang erect” Just be smart enough and know your body; know yourself, your limits. Use the power of reason.

What do you believe is the reason it yields great results versus flaccid hanging?

There was a theory here explained by somebody that I do not remember. But basically, imagine a square of a fabric made of interlocked strings in an X shape. So your square would look something like this:

XXXXXX
XXXXXX
XXXXXX
XXXXXX

But without the spaces between the lines. If you stretch that fabric vertically, all the “x” stretch vertically but then they retract to their origial position; that would be equivalent to flaccid hanging. Now imagine that you stretch the fabric horizontally, again all the “x” will stretch horizontally, but then they retract to their original position. That would be similar to girth training.

On the other hand, imagine that you stretch that fabric vertically and horizontally at the same time;all the “X” will stretch in a way they are forced to enlarge, either by plastic deformation or by braking the fiber and rebuilding it bigger and stronger (hypethrophy) This would be equivalent to erect hanging.

Now, I am no expert at all, I really don’t know the exact structure of the smooth muscle tissue, but he fact is the a decade ago I was hanging erect, experimenting by myself, and it worked fine for me. And that theory explained above, I saw it here maybe a year or so ago, and make sense to me.
