Finally Im back! 3rd day in with no issius…cant wait to see some gains again!

went up to 12 lbs. yesterday…man today I’m still sore… I wish my skin didn’t get so irritated when I hang. I mean I wrap, but it still is irritating.

I tried 12.5lbs today and it was too much. Hanged 10minutes and the pressure on the tip of my glans was too much and I wrap! I hope to get those red sleeves soon!

If the pressure is at the tip of the glans, what do you expect the sleeves to do? Go back a few pages in this thread and we address this issue a bit. We have found that if you use a splint it really helps. I suffer from the same thing when I get up in weight.

I’ve started hanging about 5 lbs off of one of these bad boys, and I can really feel it in the ligs. I’m trying to simulate a fulcrum stretch. What do you guys think?

Towards the end of a hanging session I move the weight around over the fulcrum, almost like a swinging pendulum.

try taping over your current sleeve with athletic tape. I do this and I’m using the blue sleeve right at this moment (as I’m typing) and hanging 12 lbs. the only place I really feel skin pull is right in the middle of my shaft (as it should be).

When I tape my glans, I came up with a much more convenient and just as good way of keeping blisters and fluid build up.

When you go buy athletic tape, it is customary to use foam tape under the athletic tape so it doesn’t stick to your skin. Well, I just get a woody (best I can…boy it’s hard to get one these days with all the PE work) then I clamp it off, so I can keep it while i tape. Then I tape very tight with the foam tape starting around mid shaft and coming up around the glans. I come up around the glans and back down the shaft in an “X” shape and the last few I actually come over the top of the glans (still an “X” but very steep) so I get it from both sides and then one more time around the shaft.

Then I use a small amount of atheletic tape to keep the foam tape from coming unraveled and then I place the vacuum cap on, remove the clamp, and pull the cap and then allow the rest of the sleeve to suck the skin up as it rolls down.

Then I take the athletic tape and tape pretty tight (not so tight it cuts off circulation) but I tape around the blue or red sleeve (I’m using the blue because I actually think it is sturdier now that I’ve used both)…taking special care to make sure I wrap the location where the cap and the sleeve meet (as that is where it breaks when it does break (from the stretch, the sleeve is weakest and thinnest there). I go around that about 5-7 ties very tight with the athletic tape and then back down the shaft.

It feels like I have a cast on my penis when I’m done and it performs as good as a cast too!

I could probably hang 50 lbs this way. Not that I will.

I get the main idea but your explanation about when you get tothe glans and the x shape of the tape at the end doesnt seem to be clear to me. Could you maybe explain it in a picture? I almost got bad discoloration at the tip the last time I tried heavy weights with the vacADS so I stopped doing it.

Have you ever taped and ankle or been taped in sports? They make an X over the weak spot… I’ll see if I can find a picture for you…you wouldn’t be able to see it on my wrap as it isn’t clear…you would have to watch a video and I can’t shoot video of me taping…. so I’ll see if I can find one for you.

at around 1:24 of the video, she shows a figure 8 , which I just called an X… maybe I should have said figure 8 ?

I think it’s just common sense. If the sleeve doesn’t stretch, there’s no problem. Anyway, I just received red sleeves from MB. I’ll try them tomorrow, going to take this day easy because I got some bruising on my glans.

skepticalOne, sounds good but picture would be nice.

Maybe I wrap too tight because I don’t get blisters, but I get red spots on my head. Does this mean that the glans can’t expand so there’s some force pushing from inside (pressure)?

Let me know if the red sleeves help this. This also happens to me when I get up to about 12lbs or so. It happens to a lot of us actually. I just assumed that since we are using a vac, that all the pressure is being pulled to the point at the very tip of your penis…and that’s why we get the pain there. I’m currently using two blue sleeves at the same time and it did not solve the problem. What did help tho, and enabled me to hang more weight was the splint that I had talked about. Good luck and let me know how it goes!

I’m telling you guys… wrap your glans down tight (not so tight you cut off circulation)… here is an example, my glans is probably (never measured) about 1.25-1.5” accross at the widest point (if I’m off, just go with me, I’m not trying to be exact here)… when I wrap it, I first get a hard-on, then wrap it down so that it about the size of my thumb, maybe .5”-.75” accross. When I put it in the vacuum cap (not the Vacu-hanger, but the extender vacuum cap- the smaller version), it goes in EASY… then i get out all the excess air (have you guys watched the videos at autoxtender.com ??? he shows exactly how to use it, less the wrap).

And the figure 8 wrap, just imaging you are wrapping a pole and at the tip you want to make an X that is about 1 inch below the top…how would you do it?? Exactly, you would have to make the top tips of the X go over the top of the pole (the glans)… does that make more sense.

I never have any problems and I don’t double wrap, or do anyting trick, it only takes about 2 minutes to set up as well.

I have to say I don’t understand this splint thing. You put something on your pee hole or what? Can you do this without constriction sleeve? My constriction sleeve is ripped so I can’t try it with it.

Funny someone should mention these old hanger caps. I found one MB sent me years ago in a drawer. It is one of the bigger ones, 2” diameter. I haven’t hung in years, but I remember it being the most comfy hanger I ever used. Thinking about getting started again, but can’t find any of the big sleeves in my arsenal. From what I understand he no longer makes this device. I’m wondering if any of the newer sleeves he is making now will work with this older style cap. That red one looks pretty tough, hard to tell from just the video, though. Any thoughts appreciated. Thinking about hanging again.
