Mine was huge.but it was not filled with blood. However, it did bleed after it popped for a few days. I tend to agree with you that it maybe just because we are over doing it.
It seems to be healing quickly, I’ve been using aqueous cream which is helping. I won’t hang for a few weeks though until it is defiantly healed then I’m going to wrap as normal but making sure every spot is tight, no loose bits and if I ever feel somethings slightly wrong I’m stopping and redoing it, No chances next time. I tried Wet jelqing yesterday and manual stretches, was ok never really hit the blister part so I might do that for now unless it becomes a problem.
Yeah, Overdoing it is defiantly the problem. I though about how much I’ve been doing lately and it’s much more than usual. My 2 days off work I hung around 2x45 minutes SD and 3x45 minutes BTC for each day. Work days was at least 3x45 minutes. I use to only do 2x45 minutes sets and had no problem.
